I nominate Sallie because she is aways trying to be the centre of attention...

Sallie retaliates by making it all about her, I take it she was fine with Dexter and Gina, and probably anyone else other than her....

Well played Sallie.

You do realise the only reason she was upset was because she thought Michael was her friend and he had flat out told her he didn't mean anything he had said in the diary room earlier when they all watched on screen? It's not the fact that she's up for eviction, it's the betrayal of the nomination she's angry over and it's completely justified no matter if you like her or not, she has every right to be angry about it.

Betrayal of the nomination? Give over. Does she not think she'll have to nominate a "friend" at some point?

It was just the usual grab for air time.

It's not only Sallie who was upset by Michael's apparent two-faced nominations. Dexter has a go at him too:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZRJoEwJXWwg

They're both upset, not so much by being up, but by being put up by someone who seemed to be close to them in the house. Most people would feel the same I imagine.

It's kind of Michael's fault for not being a good enough actor to stay in character all the time. He's all mister nice guy until BB switch him into mole mode, then suddenly he's a cold hearted b*stard, who'll stab anyone in the back as soon as look at them.

He knows in advance what he's going to have to be like, so if he was any good, he'd play that character all the time. That's why they all think it's a set up every time they see him in the diary room - he's a totally different person. He's no Robert De Niro, that's for sure.

At "some point" could be really far down the line when there's barely anyone left to nominate, this is the first week where there's plenty other choices, so no, I won't "give over" because it's a completely understandable reaction.

But who are those other choices? Michael has no conflict with anyone - they probably all consider him a "friend". He had to pick someone.

I don't think it's an understandable reaction at all. She can't possibly have believed she wasn't in the nomination firing line this week given the way she's carried on since arriving.

The other choices would be those who haven't bothered to actually get to know him perhaps? the ones he doesn't have anything in common with? (not that I'm saying he has anything in common with Sallie but he did claim to be her friend). The ones doing absolutely nothing and therefore just wasting their opportunity of actually being in the house?

Is that not what an actor is suppose to be?

I do hope that the voters get the house rid of her loud & ignorant mouth.

So, carry on Loudmouth Sallie! Keep quacking all day long. And keep making those complimentary duckfaces everywhere you turn too. Hopefully you'll get your fill and soon be gone; I know I've had more than my fill of you.

Yes, but they don't know that. Although detective Dan might be working on a theory...

Who are they? And how do you know Sallie isn't one of the people who has bothered to get to know him the least? Which ones does Michael the quiet, considered postman have less in common with than fire-breathing, glamour modelling, fame-chasing Sallie?

The ones "doing nothing" in an edited 42 minute highlights show that tends to pander to loudmouths and drama queens probably don't come across as doing nothing in the "reality" of their daily 24 hour existence in the house.

I accept that we haven't seen enough of most of them yet to be sure, but on the live feed every night, the twins, Callum and Daley have been as dull as dishwater in 2 out of their daily 24 hours in the house.

And TBF they have even said they know they are on live at that time (one of the twins said a few days ago We will be on life feed now 7 until 9) so you would think they would try to do something during that time

Sallie has appalling double standards. When something happens to her, ie the cases being shredded, she's quick to remind Michael of his decision and put him down for it. If Sallie does something and everyone gets punished, ie the sweets and the meal being withdrawn, it's all a game and get over it.

According to Sallie, it's a game. Perhaps she should be reminded of this when people nominate and have to make decisions that affect the house.

I really, really dislike her.

They're probably doing exactly what they intend to do for the entire series - be harmless, dull and inoffensive, so they can coast through to the end and then compete against each other to be the first one out on the final night and therefor crowned winner of this years most pointless housemate.

Nominations are always 'a betrayal' unless someone has gone round making enemies. It is years since people were allowed to nominate "X because she is really missing her family". There is no reason to suppose that Michael had enemies. So he had to nominate people he was friendLY with, regardless of whom the public had chosen. All we know about his actual feelings is that he confided that he didn't want to nominate Sophie.

If being pleasant to someone's face then nominating them and giving reasons is 'stabbing anyone in the back', almost every housemate over the years has been a cold hearted bastard. Perhaps the only housemate you admired was Siavash, for refusing to nominate?

You are inflicting your own prejudices on Michael, and apparently forgetting that we chose the nominees, not him. All he did was read the script. There is no reason in the world to suppose that the quieter housemates have not had lots of friendly conversations with Michael. BB has not been editing them in because they are not 'a story'. You surely don't think that he sits alone in silence except when Sallie deigns to speak to him? And what is this 'absolutely nothing' that other people are doing? They seem a crowd of busy bees to me. You clearly mean that he should have nominated those who were not picking fights all the time. Tough. The people have spoken.
