Yes she disappointed me, an intelligent well-educated woman, working in science, not interested in the clownish Jamie and then as soon as she heard he was famous WHOOSH!!!

I didnt know who Jamie Lang was until a few months ago and he was on a BBC 3 comedy called Murder in Successville , he had me crying with laughter, so quite like the guy tbh.

Jorgi is gorgeous and a bit ditzy but she seems very sweet, i would like a date with her

Wouldn't call that pathetic myself, hey ho.”

But of course, disagreeing with FMs is your raison d'etre.

Exactly and give Jamie his due, he wasn't even going to bring it up, at least maybe not on the first date, until gobby Gary stuck his oar in.

Not as funny as spelling it 'nuni.' Come on.

Yes 'cause that's the only reason someone wouldn't agree with you, just been obtuse for the sake of it.

Yawn, I don't think that criticism is appropriate at all, they're hardly going to get Beyonce, Barack Obama, David Beckham and Jennifer Lawrence are they? (Not just because they're not single!!)

Obviously programmes are only going to be able to attract a certain level of celebrity and this one did just fine. It could have been a lot worse, believe me.

You're effectively accusing someone of trolling....by trolling. How ironic.

The poster has made an excellent point so no idea why you are picking at them.

If you feel sorry for him that's a strange way of expressing it.

I agree about Jamie. He made a big effort with the Swiss girl, talking about her interests (Mars etc.) while she had her nose permanently stuck in the air. Thought she was stuck up, rude and full of herself. The type that likes to boast about her intelligence but ends up just looking pompous and pretentious.

And of course, she started purring like a cat when she realised he was a zeleb. Shallower than a puddle.

Good looking?! Weak chinned and bland, plus his having no discernible personality or sense of humour make him far from a catch in my eyes. He thinks he's far more than he is, just because he's successful and - possibly - reasonably well off (which some females - not this one! - will be drawn to). I wouldn't say he's 'refined' either, he behaved appallingly when on the show the first time, and that was just bad manners (showing no interest, constantly on his phone). Personally, I wouldn't give him the time of day, he makes my skin crawl.

He most certainly is not good looking - as the poster above said, he is weak chinned, he also has grey/sallow skin & has a weird puffy face. So, no - not good looking or attractive in any way. He also needs to get himself a decent personality.

I would be disappointed to be paired up with someone like him. Poor Anthea, I felt for her!

Heavens, she's had a lot of face work done. You could have bounced a tennis ball off her face last night. It was so tight and cushioned it was like a trampoline.

Isn't she only 26?

I didn't have a clue who she was but was so pleased that they are dating.

She seems really lovely and her 'story' was so sad. Hope she finds happiness.

I have never watched this before, but I tuned in for the "so called" celebrity special I didn't realise Jorgie was single.

That just seems really bitchy and uncalled for. I really don't think he deserves so much hostility.

I think he looks a bit like Martin Kemp. I bet half the people insulting him aren't anything special.

Looking forward to the next episode.

I always enjoy the awkwardness around who pays for the bill.

Yes I do and my comments explain my opinion. His behaviour on that date was disrespectful to the lady. Checking his phone and last night he said he did it because he was not attracted to her. Pity the fool. He is nothing special and has no warmth and he appears older than 50. If you are Jeremy please take this as constructive criticism.

What was her story? I must have missed that bit.
