It's all fake anyway. Case in point being the barman who asked Keegan Hirst what kind of girl he was hoping to meet. Surely, as an employee of the show, he knew which celebs were coming on and therefore would have known a bit about each of them.

They were barely innuendos. Does anyone know who Paddy is? He says (on Twitter) he's known for something from five years ago.

That Keegan Hirst came across as a bit of a big headed and clever so and so, who didn't make much of an effort.
Maybe this explains why: http://www.pinknews.co.uk/2016/07/23...ign=PNFacebook From the gay people that I know, the majority are unable to commit to a monogamous adult relationship and it seems that this one is no different. Paddy received a revealing tweet from Hirsts ex wife ![]() Edit: To answer the question as to what Paddy is actually 'famous' for, apparently he is a personal trainer and 'Social Media Personality'! If that counts, then every member of DS is a so called celeb too 😂😂😂 |

Does anybody know for sure if the "ordinary people" who go on the celeb version of First Dates know when they apply/before they enter the restaurant that they've been cast on a celeb edition? They generally seem quite surprised when they see who their date is (well, those who recognise them, that is
)

They all do it. Anyone who thinks these celebs go on First Dates looking for genuine dates are idiots. They all do it for the publicity. Do Natasha Hamilton and that guy from The Vamps seriously think we believe they find it hard to find someone. Get real.

Don'tcha just LOVE the way the 'other woman' always gets the blame when a married man has an affair?! I guess it suits the cheated-on wife to label the other woman as a nasty manipulative old slag who tried to steal her hubby, who is of course, not in the LEAST bit to blame! I mean, it wasn't HIS fault because that horrible woman did all the running, didn't he???. *rollseyes*
Yes, it suits the wife to not admit her husband is a lying cheating scumbag, who cared more about his own selfish needs more than her and their children! Some people need to open their eyes..... ![]() |

This is often the case. However I feel that maybe we gays are just a bit more honest about relationships and monogamy is not really for the majority of us. Men are men we are not easily tied to one person, straight men have the sanctioning of society and church behind them in order to show a display of monogamy, albeit on surface level most of the time. But gay men don't need to, if we fall in love great, but we don't pretend to not still find others attractive, or that our libido stops after we marry. I don't advocate promiscuity, but I'm not sure monogamy is always right for everyone.

Normal? Do you think they pick ordinary members of the public?
I don't mind celeb editions, doesn't add anything for me. I most of the comments seem to be about the Rugby bloke and his date. |

You sound slightly priggish, if i may make so bold
![]() It's particularly galling when they proclaim that they've been together for 40 years etc. I know one 'couple' who always say this, yet one is always picking up men in a sex cinema and the other in the bus station toilets. They also sleep in different rooms. I always say to them that they are merely housemates who sleep with each other in and amongst all the others. In a true relationship, you wouldn't want to sleep with others- the thought would repulse you and even if you were tempted, you would be mortified at the possibility of losing them and not go ahead. If gays want to live this way, it's up to them, but they shouldn't try to cover it up with a pretend relationship. I must admit that I have slightly more respect for them than the couples who pretend to be in a monogamous relationship and sleep with others behind the backs of their partners. If only those in love were to have relationships (i.e. would not want to stray sexually), then most relationships would fall away! People hitch up for a myriad of reasons, e.g. tradeoffs (need meets the desire to feel needed), status, 'settling' and (if it's not really a healthy relationship) I think the norm is staying together mostly out of habit.
I daresay that a healthy relationship is far from being the norm! |

Natasha said that guys are intimidated by her (i.e. as in Atomic Kitten). I can believe this! Someone that gorgeous and famous would put off a lot of men...you'd need a lot of confidence to feel you could be her match!
