Force phone to use T-Mobile?

I get extremely slow speeds when my phone is using Orange masts. I can temporary make it go onto T-Mobile if I go network settings and select the EE that's lower in the list. The problem is that it switches back to Orange within minutes and get the ridiculously slow speeds again. How do I force it to stay on T-Mobile? Using Samsung Galaxy S3.

You can't.

They're the same network, there is no singular "Orange" or "T-Mobile" network any more, or did you miss the merger notifications?
