Hi, new to the forum and just wondering if the sharp gx25 can get unlocked to work on the o2 network? and if so do you loose any of its features?

Welcome, yes, no.
Sharp handset are pretty much tied up to Voda, even with the possiblity of an unlock.
There's many better handsets available on o2.

Thats incorrect. Its a very simple process to return handset to generic state.

Thats a shame, they could really make some money. Maybe I should take some time out to train these shops
You can flash them to return them to generic state.
A piece of software called unisoft will do this. It will remove all Voda branding and settings and return handset to factory.
