This website contains links to some sites other than YouTube which host episodes. Unfortunately I'm not sure if you can do it with Series 3, as the online TV scavenging society is relatively new, and there aren't that many programmes that you can do it with that are before around 2010/11. This page mainly has the later series. Series 3 used to be on SeeSaw, but then SeeSaw was shut down.

Young Apprentice is a lot easier. Series 1 is on YouTube in excellent quality (although part of Episode 2 is blocked in the UK unless you have a proxy blocker), and Series 2 and 3 you can find on some of these other websites if you want good quality.
