I think it's maily his fault, but she didn't help much at the design process, why not suggest colours rather than just berate him?

Although as much as I dislike her she is a stronger candidate than Jason and Sugar couldn't have justified keeping him for another week.

Louisa was a stronger candidate (though his business idea was probably better), both overall and on the day. Indeed, I'm surprised that Lord Sugar bothered recalling Francesca.

However, right from the moment the task started she was undercutting and second-guessing him.

When she became PM she then transferred her hatred from Jason to Neil (whom she was blatantly jealous of). Her presentation was also pretty disorganised.

However, the moment that really turned me against her was when she started theatrically cackling at the other team's advert - such blatant attention seeking

Because she was applying a deliberate strategy of undermining him to get him fired. And, it worked.

Whilst Jason was really the right person to go, Luisa really did not help things. If I was trying to make a serious decision, the absolute last thing I'd want is somebody sat next to me stamping their feet and sulking, moaning and telling me to hurry up. It's either her way or the highway, Luisa doesn't work in a team, she works for herself.

Facile of Lord Sugar to say he didn't want to see her in the boardroom again. there are only 3 people left on her team, so if that team loses she's bound to be there. empty threat twit.

Luisa must make sure she is on the winning team. Jason was the right person to go as you can't be indecisive in business and I think Luisa will get to the final and could even win.

Luisa showed herself up in this episode.

She came across as a short tempered and rude harpy, as well as being utterly unprofessional in continuing her argument with Jason through the working area of the ad agency, disrupting people trying to work!

I would never employ her - and she would be an absolute nightmare to have to work with.... Not good qualities!

Nick has always argued against the loud females and backed Oxbridge males against even the quieter capable females. He's done the same with Ruth, Claire and Debra. He has a problem with loud females and a hang up on Edwardian manners. Lord Sugar has always ignored him and listened to other people. Its what the interviewers think about Luisa, and the substance of her proposal that will matter if she gets that far.Karen's also moved to get a say and counter Nick's view if she concludes he is wrong. Lord Sugar usually goes for someone safer to win , but he doesn't now have to worry so much about who will be popular in the office, and does have to worry more about who has business instincts.

This week she did better than most - if you treat it as a question of who showed most business sense. If it was Big Brother, she would be doomed for being loud and negative about, and rowing with and getting evicted, the male with a Teddy bear who lots of female voters fall for. But its not Big Brother.

Neil pushed the wrong idea, pushed the market research unquestioningly, and produced the dull video, and made the final decision to replace Jason. he avoided yet again actually taking responsibility and risk himself - by passing the task and any blame for the takeover to Luisa and letting Francesca direct the video.

Francesca did better spotting why the idea was a dud. But she then was more responsible for the advert and the market research. She also supported Jason going because she also thought he was useless.

Jason picked the wrong target audience at stage one. He then abandoned his initial concept, and didn't challenge what Neil and Francesca reported to him. He didn't stick to his instincts - which Lord Sugar values. He then dithered too much, so they had no web page. He then realised he wasn't up to it. and abdicated to Luisa - which effectively acknowledged that he thought she could do better. He also failed at doing something that he was the only one with direct experience of, and failed to show the website design ability he would need for his proposal.

Luisa spotted what was wrong with the idea from the start, and her analysis was right as that flaw proved fatal. She pushed Jason to make the decisions when time was running out and he was still waffling over changing colours. We saw him flitting between colours - there's no doubt he wasn't able to decide, or work to a timetable. She then stepped in. rather than standing back and watching it fall further apart- which Lord Sugar claims he wants people to do. Its hardly a safe option - as she couldn't revert at that stage to a better idea, and had put herself in the firing line. She gets lots of pluses there - and when she's accepting the dud group decisions so is everyone else.

The big mystery is why they turned up late for the web page design session - and ended up in the time constraint that Jason couldn't deal with. It would be odd if he was fired because their driver got lost???

Luisa has showed herself up many times. She is a harridan. Thank goodness Nick pointed it out. I think she is still there just for entertainment purposes.

I'm in full support of Luisa. Fran and Jason were useless. And why should Neil have been brought back over Fran? Fran made that horribly cheesy, cringing and patronizing advert! I think that to be honest she should have been fired. At least Jason has some form of leadership and is actually a nice guy. Francesca is not only horribly whiny as proven by this last boardroom but a terrible leader (as evidenced by her tenure as PM).

Luisa is a bully. Jason though, should have had the sense not to take her with him, they all know what she is like by now. He would have done better to take Francesca with him and let Luisa and Cloughie fight it out instead.

While Jason was being indecisive, I felt that Luisa was NOT acting like a member of the team at all. During the design session, she had no ideas of her own at all, she was just shooting down every idea Jason had, she had no suggestions of her own.

I think Luisa is actually the worst and weakest candidate in the process at the moment. Compared to the others especially Neil, she is nowhere near as capable. She knows this and attempts to cover it up with her ridiculous and horrible attitude. Behind all the shouting and pretty smiles, there isn't much there.

Jason is a nice guy but if he had backbone, would have told Luisa to get to f*ck. She definitely sensed weakness and pounced on it.

Luisa is definitely a more competent business/entrepreneurial candidate than Jason but I think she has a major problem with authority and doesn't particularly work well in a team. Like all the other candidates, massively overestimates her abilities.

She could have shut her mouth for a while and let Jason get on without sqwauking 'MAKE A DECISION' in his ear every ten seconds, or controversially she could have put forward her own ideas in a rational manner. That's how.

Really? I think she's quite credible. She's been shown to be a great leader, seller and has common sense. Same cannot be said of Jason or Fran.

Fran is the weakest candidate at the moment.

She's continually showed herself to be little more than a slopey-shouldered, back-stabbing, opportunist sniper IMO.

Don't understand what Luisa did so wrong, I was annoyed when Nick made that comment because it seemed unfair to me. We saw her apologise nicely to Jason if she had caused offence.

Luisa is about as good at being a team player as I am at ballroom dancing. On ice. Whilst wearing a sumo suit. Her people skills are comparable with Dr Leah's stand-up comedy lap dancing ability (or Neil's for that matter).

However, her instincts are decent and Sirlordalan isn't looking for an employee who can fit into his organisation any more. He wants someone who has a credible business idea and the talent to implement it given a cash injection. Luisa could sit on a desert island, sipping champagne cocktails, surrounded by young, male hula dancers and flipping the bird at anyone over 35 and/or corporate who dares to approach but as long as LAS believes she has the capacity for turning his investment into flipping great wodges of cash it matters not.

And strangely enough, I think she might convince him of this. Possibly. At least I wouldn't be flabbergasted. Despite the voice (flipping heck Luisa, lose the chuffing voice. You're a grown woman!).

On the other hand, it's also possible that she's being kept in to rip apart at the interview stage.

That's all true. Jason didn't belong on the programme in the first place. If he has great business idea, he needs someone else with the drive and ambition to take it forward. He will find a position in senior management, but he's not an entrepreneur.

Louisa cannot work as part of a team, she has shown that throughout. She's better off working alone, running a small busness, or with a few loyal (and not too bright) employees who will not question her decisions.

I completely agree... some people on this thread are absolutely disgusting.

I just can't see; even as a Luisa fan, how anybody can see her as a 'bully'. Jason was my favourite, Luisa my second favourite, and I hated seeing my favourites go through such a terrible showing. BUT. Jason was quite simply captaining a sinking ship. The failure of the task was down to him as I feel that had they produced a more complete & stronger webpage, they would've have a much greater opportunity at winning.

Not once did we see Luisa 'bully' Jason. In the colour scheme stuff, she repeatedly stated her opinion and remember it was highly edited. She stated what looked worse & what looked better, but Jason was, annoyingly, 'dithering'. He was completely out of his depth and incapable of making the vital decision. That is his fault, not Luisa's. Then later on when he eventually abdicated, not once did she 'bully' him.

Now, I have to repeat that Jason has been my favourite for a while now, but nobody can deny that he was significantly out of his depth tonight. I don't like saying it, and we can all agree he is clearly a really nice, lovely guy! But that doesn't mean he deserved to stay after such a calamity. Tim was a nice guy too; got a lot of support both from myself & the forum as a whole, but if out of the two, it was him who was robbed.

One of the underlining problems I have with this series is LAS's treatment to some of the candidates. I don't know whether it's to do with the flawed business plans or something else, but several firings have been incredibly questionable, and even just his treatment of some candidates. In particular, the women. Now, as somebody who is pretty much a homosexual male, I can't be accused of 'getting opinions from my genitalia' or whatever it was somebody in this thread accused DamienS of. Natalie was repeatedly disgraced in the boardroom even when we'd seen clips of her doing what she said she had; and being disregarded of doing such things. Luisa, and even Neil in tonights show, is also somebody who was treated very unfairly in the boardroom tonight. She didn't have to try and rescue the sinking ship. The failure of the task, mostly, arises from the first days activities, and that was obviously Jason. I think Nick, whilst normally correct, was overly harsh towards her in his 'shutdown' of her. I don't think she's the nicest person in the world, and I get why some may find her annoying, but I don't think she 'bullied' Jason. Bully is a VERY strong word, and it's one that can have adverse impacts on the future life of somebody, especially in a business environment.

Personally, I feel as if people who are accusing that vile Luisa of bullying Jason need to wake up, smell the coffee and have a big reality check!

Not only did she behave in an. appalling manner towards Jason (essentially her boss!), she was so unprofessional in the way she continued to harangue him as they walked through a working area in full view and earshot of the ad agency staff.

She was dreadful, and while she fits the desired Apprentice mould a lot better than Jason, she has shown her complete lack of people skills week after week. She isn't as good or as beautiful as she obviously thinks she is.

Jason was bullied out of the process by 3 people trying to score points - and it backfired on them all big time!
