Luisa went up in my estimation of her as a business person. I think a right decision was made to ask Jason to step down or the task wouldn't get finished.

The way she went about it, wasn't very businesslike however, bullying him in front of the design people (though Jason didn't look bullied at all, he just ignored her).

I still doubt whether her motives were as honourable as she made them out to be because there was probably also a big ego motive to impress LS.

But then again: I don't believe Jason's motive to agree to step down was as noble as HE made it out to be. I think he realised he was out of his depth and he possibly picked up sympathy vibes from Nick?

But the biggest maker up of stories to justify what happened or what needed to happen in hindsight is Lord Sugar himself. Unbelievable.

Her edit in the show is making her unemployable by any large company should she be looking to the Apprentice to give her career a boost..... The way she interacts with people is totally unacceptable, and as I said this weeks showing would have seen her up in front of personnel for some sort of disciplinary procedure.

Her reaction between the boardrooms, and in the final one was quite telling..... She really seemed to finally realise from what Nick and LS said that she had gone too far, and her behaviour hadn't gone unnoticed and remarked on.

IMHO, all 4 of them should have been brought back.... Neil was lucky to escape scot free.

Jason had the right ideas, he was basically ignored by the team once the flawed feedback from the focus group changed the plans. He was 100% right in choosing the over 50s as a target group.... There are a lot of divorced, widowed and separated people with big disposable incomes in that group, and Fran and Neil were 100% responsible for the awful advert which patronised the viewer and was targeted at the much older end of the market.

Jason was weak and allowed himself to be bullied, and yes, he was probably the right one to go just because he essentially walked away from the task.....that said, his charm, intelligence and like ability, as well as his willingness to work hard at any task he is given uncomplainingly hasn't done his future employment prospects any harm...... Which is more than I can say for the others in his team.

Jason and Luisa should both have been fired this week IMHO.

They had a double firing last week. They can't keep on with double firings or they won't have enough candidates for the interviews.

The other candidates all know what happened and what Luisa is like. I'm sure they'll consider her a threat, not for the win but someone who might 'do them in'. It will be interesting to see what happens next week and further on if Luisa survives that long.

I wouldn't use the word bullied, because I don't think it was Luisa's intent to 'bully' Jason... but she wore him down with her incessant unhelpfulness, questioning everything he was doing to the point where I honestly think Jason would have been better off and much quicker if Luisa simply wasn't there. She berated him until the point where we heard it ourselves from Jason that he had lost confidence in himself. Jason isn't a headstrong guy and probably not really suited to this process, but Luisa's attitude and manner with Jason was awful, and by not being at all helpful cost them a lot of time in the first day.

A team of two would get a lot more done than one person stuck with an obnoxious brick wall.

Now don't get me wrong, I could see myself getting potentially wound up by Luisa if I had to work/ live with her but but some of the comments on here towards her are way over the top.

She was annoying as hell when they were designing the website, but people are playing the bullying card? Oh come on. I think Jason is a thoroughly nice chap but perhaps one of the wettest guys that's ever been on tv let alone this particular show.

To accuse her of bullying for basically telling him to 'make a decision' repeatedly (and annoyingly) makes me think I've stumbled into the Big Brother or TOWIE section of the DS forums...

^Indeed. I doubt most people could have sat through the hours of dithering over the difference between teal and cyan or whatever it was while the team lost the task through lack of action.

It's not only Nick who has a problem with her. Karen dislikes her as well. She is rude, disruptive and arrogant. You could see the ad company they were designing the website with were quite shocked by her behaviour and she was incredibly bad mannered a few weeks ago to someone who was also helping with the design of a website. She was also really ignorant a couple of weeks ago towards the girl they were considering hiring to do chocolate making at the 'business day out' task.

She hasn't a clue how to be polite, tactful or gracious. She's just a loud brash unpleasant individual.

ason's mistake was that when you have someone who will always want to have their say and make decisions and take control is to give them something to do. They'll never be happy to sit and watch you make decisions yourself - Luisa was sat there watching him make decisions about colour, because in her head, she'd already come up with a satisfactory answer. It doesn't take two people to work on a simple design task - one could have produced 3 options for one aspect, whilst the other covered another aspect, then they could decide which were best.

She could never work in an open office she’d need a shed at the far end of the car park.

What did Louisa actually contribute to the task?

As soon as she didn’t get her way and they chose over 50’s (a market that Lord Sugar said was good) she was nothing but negative. Even when she took over I didn’t see her add much, her pitch was not very good even taking into account the rubbish advert and website to go with it.

Louise doesn't pitch she burbles her way through. I almost expect her to wink - just like the lady on their video - each time she's in front of an audience.

She was the only one to contribute to the website in the shortened time. Jason got there & told her to take over, call the shots & make the decisions.

She pitched.

She held the team together a LOT better than Jason ever did. They worked well on Day 2; did they not? In fact... better than the other team.

It's impossible for us to make a judgement with only been shown a few seconds highlights on TV . On the you're fired programme the agency guy said they were 2 hours late arriving , why. Watching Jason over the weeks I would say he definitely is a ditherer and does waste time over completely unnecessary stuff , the same last week in the caravan place . I don't know how long they were in the agency but to just have a name and one pic with a few words is appalling.

He was very lucky to get as far as he did . Never in a million years was he going to be Sugar's business partner .

The chocolate one in particular was hilarious, especially as it would have been so easy to make it go well for her. The decision was absolutely right not to spend the money on the task (I think Fran should have been directing her to make it business orientated obviously).

All she needed to do was lie through her teeth saying she was terribly sorry but her project manager was going with something else/wouldn't let her spend the money, but she thought it was great. Then ask for a favour.

Only after she'd stood by and let Jason waste time. As a team member she provided no assistance or input at all in the logo design. Had she actually helped Jason instead of screaming at him, they may have got to the website designers a lot quicker, so that pretty much cancels out her extremely limited input into the website design. As we saw in the pitch, there was nothing there but a few lines of text anyway.

Her pitch was actually atrocious, as Jason rightly said later in the boardroom, she was deliberately out to seek the limelight. This was supported by her behaviour towards Neil. When they were discussing who should do the pitch, you could tell she was incredibly intimidated by Neil as he is a far far far superior salesperson than she is. She didn't use his expertise because she wanted to have the attention on her and the pitch suffered as a result. She most certainly knew that Neil would have done a better job.

I don't think her leadership skills were great at all, it was very obvious that she was working for herself and only took the lead to promote herself. Neil and Francesca did all the video work by themselves with virtually no input from Luisa. She showed no signs of wanting to work as a team, especially looking at how she behaved towards Neil.

Luisa is a waste of time as a candidate, she is extremely egotistical and obnoxious and she doesn't work well in a team. I'm sure that at least half of all the candidates have had a disagreement with her at some stage. She has a destructive personality and isn't a great leader. The last time she won, none of her team members attributed the win to her, which resulted in her sulking at them. She's not great at all.

Working as a team contributes to the unity of the oneness of the corporate wellbeing insofar as motivation can move forward as one in corporate wellness.

Luisa deliberately sabotaged the task from the start. When you work in a team, everyone has to pull their weight in order to achieve the end goal. There is no I in team. She should have gave him some suggestions in order to get things done quicker. Instead she was whining and moaning like a whingy teenager, Luisa isn't a child that she has to be spoon fed everything that needs to be done.

She couldn't even keep her mouth zipped til they got to the car instead made a show of herself walking through the office. She was so rude, condecending to that chocolate lady in the corporate away day task and she had the nerve to ask her for piping bags. The other week she made the remark about how she was bought into the boardroom because she was good looking (is she for real?!). Karren put Luisa in her place about her attitude in the corporate away day task I think. Nick was right on the money about Luisas behaviour, she was so appalling this week and continues to be.

In the farm shop task, she was PM, her team called her out for being a poor leader and Suggs telling she should thank her team members for the win. Luisa sulked like a 3 year old as she couldn't handle the truth. Luisa comes across as a very self absorbed, arrogant, egotistical, poor listener, poor leadership abilities and loves the sound of her own voice type of primadonna. I would hate to work for her let alone alongside her. x

I hate the expression 'there's no I in team'. Of course there's an I in team. I think that a really fundamental part of teamwork is doing as much as you can yourself. If you're in a team that does well, you need to know that a good part of doing well was down to you personally.

The failure of their task had nothing to do with the team's disunity or change of PM. Ironically they had the most 'cohesive' advertising campaign of the two. The failure lay in opting for a safe and boring product.

By abdicating Jason left it that there were two PMs so without anyone else's doing he was automatically back in the boardroom as he would have been even without Luisa's aggression and abdication. Their fate was cast as soon as they went for 'friendship and flowers'. (Incidentally I have some friends in their 50's and 60's and for some of them, men especially, they want sex, sex and more sex. The idea of a cosy friendship that might lead to romance would not suit!)

Totally agree. I am struggling to understand why she insisted on pitching. To be kind, she was mediocre.

She was awful. I'd hate to have to work with anyone who behaves like that.
