Francesca showed her true colours in the boardroom, Luisa is getting a lot of stick and rightly so but she was never as outright nasty as Francesca was. Even before Jason brought her back in she was sticking the boot in about him not being able to handle it, before Nick stopped her to remind her that he was there and told everyone a more accurate version of events. I'd really liked her up until Wednesday's show too. She made a half arsed attempt at market research and a boring ad campaign which she was taking full credit for . . . she deserved to be in the boardroom.

We never actually heard Francesca's account of events, since Nick interrupted it. I suspect it would have been accurate for the parts of the task Francesca had witnessed. However, she hadn't seen Luisa and Jason on the sub-team together and I don't think she was as well-placed to comment as she seemed to think she was.

I think the reason she came across to some as nasty was that she was angry at Jason giving what she felt (wrongly) was an untruthful account. Shortly she would be even angrier as Jason really did give an untruthful account of the market research being "misrepresented" to him (it wasn't, though from what some have posted it may not have been that well- conducted). Because people love Jason, this makes her come over badly, but really her anger was in some respects justified.

I found it amusing that Francesca thought that she didn't deserve to be brought back because she had written, edited and directed the commercial.
THAT was the main reason she deserve to be in the boardroom!
The advert was dreadful (the other team went for humour, but didn't get the laughs that Francesca's one did!).
Without disagreeing with what you write, the advert was the best part of that team's effort. It was at least done, and followed the agreed theme.
