One-stop property buying shop. All the services that you would need in one location.

Sounded a bit of a silly idea to me, tbh.
The vast majority of property sales are simply people buying somewhere local to live in, there's no real benefit in trying to shoe horn in the more unusual stuff like buy-to-let and overseas as they would be better served by specialists. Its not like you go to the estate agents to look for a flat and they think "damn - I'd love a little place in France too but now I'm going to have to traipse off somewhere else for that"

i might have read it wrong and without actually knowing the full details the idea as put sounds like all the services into house buying ie the solicitors the conveyance / Surveyors services etc etc are all there under one umbrella instead of in 3/4 different offices there for minimizing the fact that A can then communicate with B and C with out all the hassle

I was only going off what he said on "You're Fired". One stop shops as above pretty much exist already - many estate agents will also find a mortgage for you and have a conveyancing function as well as removals. Valuations will always be done by the lender though.

Could be possible. His Twitter account is locked until late August (it's the only one that is locked now).
