Anyone know what Jason's buisness idea was ?
would be nice to have known what idea he would have pitched as his idea to LAS

Sounded a bit of a silly idea to me, tbh.
The vast majority of property sales are simply people buying somewhere local to live in, there's no real benefit in trying to shoe horn in the more unusual stuff like buy-to-let and overseas as they would be better served by specialists. Its not like you go to the estate agents to look for a flat and they think "damn - I'd love a little place in France too but now I'm going to have to traipse off somewhere else for that" |

i might have read it wrong and without actually knowing the full details the idea as put sounds like all the services into house buying ie the solicitors the conveyance / Surveyors services etc etc are all there under one umbrella instead of in 3/4 different offices there for minimizing the fact that A can then communicate with B and C with out all the hassle
