Hi,

I have been with BT Infinity for a couple of years now and was wondering if any one has any experience of offers made to keep you as a customer if you call them up?

My up front12 month line rental package is up at the end of June, so I'm considering whether to pay for another 12 months and was curious if I am likely to get any deals out of them?

For instance, I saw a new customer offer for infinity 1 and the basic youview package for £20 plus line rental. I am paying £18 or so just for infinity - do BT play this upgrade game?

Yes, they offer deals for renewal customers. Just tell them your thinking of going with an offer with Sky and then see what they say.
