That's not news, it's been available online for ages. I subscribed to it for a while last year. Seven new films were added to, and taken away, every week so 28 were always available at a time.
I used the iPad app. |

I think it was a "relaunch" more than anything else, but now they have about 60 films rather than 28, but nothing really to write home about.
