Katie says that Niall is using something off-task against her but she turned something off-task into something on-task during the entirety of all the interviews & the interview boardroom like :x
Best of luck to both of you, I actually really liked Katie's final task idea and concept but I do think that Niall's has greater longevity and more potential to succeed so I think he'll win, and deservedly so!

I think that Katie has actually had better ideas across most of the tasks than Niall has; however I think that Niall had a much better idea than her on this task, plus has been a considerably less controversial candidate, is a team player and would be a really satisfying winner. I think Katie is a very worthy finalist, but Niall is a worthy winner. It's been great being on his team this time, he did a good job.
Incidentally, I actually felt that the creche task was more my win than Katie's. She was very strong as well and it was close between us, but I was the one who suggested basing it around the Steiner education system, and alternative values like independent play and imagination etc, which I think did seal it for us. I wish that I'd brought that up in the boardroom that I was fired, I might have survived.
I think they're both worthy finalists and they both did great pitches in the final... But I'm going for Niall as who I would like to see win.

Until this series, the ultimate Final 2 faced each other in a head to head PMship in Week 3.

DSA is by far the hardest DS game I've ever taken part in so it genuinely feels like a massive achievement to have won, and definitely feels like all the work I put in was worth it. And in terms of the next series, I definitely want to do it and even if I don't I'm sure it will still carry on and the LAS role will probably be handed down to Katie, I'm about 95% sure I can do it though so watch out for that

I'm just happy I got to the final on my second / first (I had to withdraw last year - I think it'll count as a series) series. If I'm Lady Sugar the task every week will be to find 10 Bosch Dishwashers. (you all think I'm joking...)

Can also say that having worked with Niall on a number of tasks, he was an exceptional candidate and a great guy generally and delighted that his hard work paid off! Katie was also brilliant and despite her fiery persona, is a really nice girl and brilliant fun also haha, can't wait for the next DSA, I'm sure Niall will be a great LAS!

Series 1 was run by a guy called Rory, but as that was the start he obviously didn't obtain that role as a winner.

Yes - the losing PM in Week 3 has always gone far as well. David and Gav were runners-up, and this year the other David went quite a long way...
