DMR-BWT720 Blue-ray Disc Recorder.

Since the software update to 1.14 I have been unable to connect with BBC iPlayer.

Panasonic accepted that there has been a problem but stated that on the 13/5/2013 that the problem had been rectified.
This is just not true. I and others that I have contacted are still unable to connect with BBC iPlayer.
The message is still "Sorry we do not support your device".

Has anyone found an answer and cured the problem
Some have tried a factory reset without success.

I have this recorder as well, also a DMR-PWT520. Both these machines now no longer work with the BBC iplayer. I get the same "Not supported" message on both machines. Strange really as I used iplayer about ten days ago and it worked fine then.
I haven't noticed any updates since. Is it Panasonic, or the BBC's fault? I've had to buy a Humax set top box to get iplayer now, most annoying.
I gather other recorders are having iplayer problems as well. I wish someone would sort it out.

Thank you to whoever sorted this problem out, Panasonic, or the BBC. iplayer is now working on both machines, well it was yesterday. I haven't tried it today yet, I just hope it stays working.
I wonder if any of the other makes of PVR's problems have also been rectified?

Well done Panasonic or BBC or both.
A really fast response and successful outcome.
