Let's start with Helios. How did you find Justin as a PM? Were there any issues you faced while completing this task?

The biggest issue I faced as a PM was Luke's absence. He really kind of left a lot of loose ends open throughout the task and ultimately hindered our ability to get certain things done in as timely of a manner as I'd have liked. However, I think the rest of my team really held their weight and did a great job. As for how I did, I think I managed with a combination of collaboration and executive authority when it needed to be placed.

Justin was a great PM! He had a great focus on the task and was very assertive and delegated well. He also often made sure that we were all up to date and had great control over out team and the task. Obviously because Justin lives in America the time difference proved a bit of a problem and there were lots of times that we were online and had to work without a PM, but that was unavoidable really and I don't think it posed too much of an issue.

resulted in a few ideas which crossed the line and were just too much.
Like what? What made Helios go for a food and drinks product rather than an item, such as a toy or an appliance?

We went for a food/drinks product because we felt there was a lot more room to innovate it and change it up. With technology, it would be hard to find an item that was discontinued within the timeframe of the task that could actually be changed to fit the current market and still be realistic. Technology has moved on so much over the past 15 years. And we never considered toys as an option. |

It was suggested at one point that the balls for each flavour be modeled after a specific planet. Like Mars for Orange(/Strawberry?), etc. Another was that the balls all each be a different shade of the same colour for a specific flavour so that when they dissolved there was a multicoloured cloud. If I recall correctly it was also suggested that they could be two different colours so that they could combine into one nice one.
