Hello

Just tried to connect to iPlayer on our Panasonic viera TV and all I get is a white screen. The only remote command the TV then accepts is to turn off. the BBC Sport section seems ok, so I am hoping its something 'their end', as dad would say.

But I do wonder if anyone else has had this happen?

Ive just tried the same on my Panasonic BDT220 and I get the white screen with the words Remote Server or file not found. Is there a problem with Panasonic ?
I can connect to the internet as I can still get other services.
does anyone have any ideas

Panasonic are aware and trying to find the cause. Appears to be affecting the 2012 models. 2013 units are fine. not sure about pre 2012.

It was fine about ten minutes after. As long as it was a problem at a remote end that's the main thing.
