About a week ago I decided I needed to visit IKEA to look at a few things. For me that means IKEA Wembley and a trip via central London. So I thought, if I'm going to be in London anyway then I might as well go to see the last night of Relatively Speaking and support Kara.
I wasn't going to admit to this on here as this is the 3rd time I've seen the play (June trip plus Richmond in 2012). However, I walked into the Stalls Bar and immediately saw a familiar face. Yes, there is at least one other kartemite as crazy as me.

I won't say who it is was; she can admit to that if she wants to ...
Anyway the play was great, for me better than in June. The stalls was full and there were laughs from the audience throughout. Rapturous applause at the end. A fitting finale.
If I'd been alone I would have gone straight to the station for the train home. However, I accompanied the other lovely lady to the stage door. Hoards of people waiting for Daniel Radcliffe at the other stage door; a smaller crowd for the Relatively Speaking cast. Kara was lovely and generous with her time as always.
It turned out there was a third kartemite lurking at the stage door so the three of us finished the evening with a coffee at Cafe Koha. Of course we discussed the magic of K&A and the upcoming SCD season. Time flew by and I had to rush off to get the last train home. A lovely evening after fighting the crowds at IKEA.
Looking forward to Kara's next project (whatever that will be) and looking forward just as much to the kartemite reunion that will accompany this.

In the meantime, fingers crossed for a good partner for Artem.
