Hard to tell much from that, but she looks like she has some style in the way she moves. Her glam training outfits make me smile - she doesn't look like she intends to work up much of a sweat

Lol, I watched their interview, and yes she isn't even slightly glowing is she, hopefully she'll speed up on the night!. The interviewer was calling her 'Glamma', as she'd become a grandmother.

Tis the one. She is very controlled and knows her own mind, how that translates to her dancing is anyone's guess. Still if she's dancing to her own song, sure she will give a 'performance' anyway.

Yes - its nice that they've all kept up friendships There seems to be a lot of ex-Eastenders and Hollyoaks people out in LA at the moment. It must be pretty hard to get anywhere - I think Ricky Whittle is the only one I've seen in anything.

Thanks Soupy. I've only watched Artem and Patti...I liked their dance. Artem kept it simple but Patti is obviously a natural performer and she sold it.

The link you shared is great so thanks to you I can watch the other dances and put their performance in context. I have to say, scrolling down the list I don't recognise many of the celebrities

Thanks I think Patti did really well. It was very simple but she smiled all the way through and performed it. The consensus on the few comment boards I've read seems to be that it was 'charming' and people were complimenting Artem on choreographing to her ability (although I think some of the comments on him 'learning' and 'growing up' are a bit patronising since he has done 4 series over here and won - its almost like it doesn't count unless it happened on DWTS). I think they will last a few weeks as Patti seems to be coming over well, although I hope they get a favourable dance allocation. It sounds like it may be another early exit for Keo.

Also watched Rumer and Val as I had read she was good. She did what she was given well but I would have had no idea what dance it was if I hadn't known beforehand (same with Patti and Artem actually). Everything on DWTS looks like its played on fast forward and the moves seem more jerky than lyrical. I must admit I still prefer the slow foxtrots mostly in hold like Kara and Artem did, but I guess DWTS audiences might not find it exciting enough.

Hi Anam - great to hear from you . I didn't know the other zlebs either. Nastia and Rumer are clear front runners, so worth having a look at theirs (both allegedly dancing foxtrot!). There's also quite a funny Hunger Games skit at the beginning of Willow's. (she plays Katniss's little sister).

According to this instagram post from the lady who does Kara's hair extensions, she'll be back in the UK this week to get ready for her next role. One of the make-up artists on 'Let's be evil' mentioned 'round 2' so maybe there's more work to do on that, or something new

Watch an hour of live rehearsals with Artem and Patti this evening at this link. You can switch between 2 camera angles. Some of the couples have trained, some have chatted, some have read out tweets, so it's pot luck, but worth dropping in. It's 5pm - 6pm Eastern Time. I think we're still 5 hours ahead at this time of year, so should start at 10pm but if I'm wrong, a helpful person has been uploading to Daily Motion a bit later. Fingers crossed....

I see they have salsa this week - will be interesting to see what Patti can cope with in the latin dances, hopefully not too much Fern-style skirt wafting

Their song wasn't listed yet, but apparently Val and Rumer are cha-chaing to 'Rumour has it', so the producers aren't exactly thinking outside the box music-wise

USA has gone over to Daylight Saving, if they are practicing in LA it is 11:30 am at the mo 6 hours behind.

BIB. Thanks Julia I don't know where they're practicing. I'm assuming it's from LA..... All the other rehearsals were streamed from the same dance studio there, which is presumably why we haven't seen Patti and Artem till now, whilst others have streamed 2 or 3 times. There was one from New York, for Nastia and Derek, but it was recorded.

Pacific time is 7 hours behind , but yes, 11.30am in LA is 6.30pm here.

So, just for clarity () the rehearsal slot for Patti and Artem is 2pm-3pm Pacific, 5pm-6pm Eastern and 9pm-10pm here. Unless they change it.

Those times always get me, even when I look them up, I can still get it wrong. So thanks for posting them.
