I notice on twitter some people have purchased tickets already for the tour next year, any one got any idea what hoops you have to jump through to get tickets before Monday?

I think if you have booked in previous years at a venue you get a priority booking email that provides a link for a booking. I got one for Manchester this year as I went there last year. But I also got a priority booking email for the new arena in Leeds.

Read this in another thread where there is some discussion about Artem initially being unhappy at being paired with Fern last year - anyone recall what interview she said this in, I dont???

Fern confirmed it was true in an interview that he initially did have a problem with being paired with her , but then said she managed to bring him around and they became friends.

I read that too, its hard not to wade into the conversation isn't it! No point, just fuels the fire!

The thing is, I think some of Fern's M.O. is defensive self-deprecation. 'Who would blame Artem for being disappointed? He got me!!! Poor old hopeless me!' ). I guess if you choose to, you can lay that on Artem and say, 'Well, Fern says...', but it doesn't make it true, of course. I vaguely think she went along those lines in an interview I heard on the Richard Bacon Show a few months ago (probably not available now).

We do know that Artem has said he felt intimidated by Fern initially (being so articulate, or something). Anyway, if he was initially disappointed, who cares? They built a good relationship out of it and he took care of her and that's what matters. Better that way round than Brendan and VP. He was cock-a-hoop when he got her, and look how that ended up .

Artem seemed to really enjoy working with Lisa on the SC tour too, so the idea that he can't cope with anyone less than ideal is just stupid.

I'm preaching to the converted! I'll stop now .

I have managed to avoid spoilers like mad, but I think I know who I want Artem to get, based on nothing more than a gut feeling but I'm prepared to be open minded. (maybe open-mindedness drawing the line at Vanessa) After all didn't know the first thing about who Kara was, not watching Eastenders and knowing who the Dawny thingy character was. So my first reaction there was "Kara who ?" - oh boy, how things change

Strangely enough there's no-one who strkes me as being annoying before even beginning, which is good, but I'll give that time to change as well.

The last time I was here I managed a Strictly Confidential report, in which Lisa didn't get on my wick anywhere near like I feared she would.

I would like for Artem either Natalie (who I know nothing about as don't watch Corrie) - but she looks cool, Sophie - for no other reason than I liked that 'Groovejet' song or Rachel - I have only ever seen her on '8 out of 10 Cats Does Countdown', but she clearly has a sense of humour. Rachel though may be a bit Ali Bastion insipid (in my 'umble view of Ali Bastion) so maybe Abbey instead - who is alright actually but probably too tall (based upon Peter Crouch her husband being verrryyyy tall)
