How about Big Brother announcing after each subsequent eviction there is an announcement saying (evicted persons name) is not an actor!

They could do something along those lines perhaps. Call them all at a random time to sit on the sofas and say, in a very Shakesperian voice, "Housemates! This is an important announcement! Big Brother wishes to make it clear that Sophie is not an actor, but a full housemate!" - (or someone random and not under any suspicion at all) - then say nothing else at all.
