Dans Theory That Wolfy Is An Actress = GAME PLAYING
Musick1

I've cracked it!!!!
Dan is the BIGGEST game player in that house but is also the cleverest!

He claims to 'think' Wolfy is an actress (though he knows she's really not! It's all an act on his part)

He heard the strong audience reaction on Friday night - then spreads rumours that she's an actress (hoping people will trust his judgement & nominate the "most popular" housemate)

I can guarantee he is raging Wolfy isn't up - He wants to get rid of the competition.
Personally I'm not Wolfys biggest fan BUT I see what Dan is going - making up lies (and claiming it's what he believes)

RUBBISH!!! He's knows she's no actress - It's called manipulation!
What a Sly player he is (but no one will notice because he smiles through it all)

Yes, that wouldn't actually be clever at all, would it? It would be a silly plan altogether, and I do think he is a pretty clever person. Nor is it borne out by the facts: he does not, in fact, seem ever to have tried to turn anyone against Wolfy. He did not look 'raging' in the least; there is no chance in the world that he would have expected Wolfy to be up. They all knew it would be Dexter/ Gina; they only surprise was that Jemima was up as well.

Back to the drawing board. I did wrestle for days with the idea that Dan was on a secret mission from BB, but have had to abandon it on the grounds that, a) he never did really try to convince anyone about Wolfy, just kept telling a laughing Jacky that he couldn't help what he was feeling; and b) they obviously couldn't have allowed nominations to proceed if he had been.

So it seems that it is nothing more than, as people have suggested all along, that he got such a buzz out of spotting Michael, sticking with it and being vindicated, that he can't resist looking for the same buzz this week as well. And of course in some ways Wolfy is quite bonkers; you can see why someone might think that no one could really be saying all those things. Only I want to sneak into the house and slap him with a big fish. Use your BRAIN, man. Remember how Michael used to scurry off to bed, or to the diary room, every time anyone started to say really personal things? It was because he couldn't allow that to happen. See how Wolfy doesn't? That is because she is not an actress! You're a trained detective! Think things through!

I can't agree, because Dan isn't the biggest gameplayer in the house.

I'm not even sure he's the cleverest.

He might be the most self-aware though. He knows he's driving himself nuts, and soon will do the same to others, in his quest to always be right.

I think the simpler explanation is that he's just got it wrong?

You just explained it in a teensy more detail.

He nominated Wolfy on what grounds!???

"I think she's an actress" aka. "I've told everyone she's an actress - here's hoping this plan of mine has worked & everyone else has nominated her just like I have"

He has the biggest agenda in there - more fool you for not seeing it (you will)

Yeh I get it. You think it is game playing. I don't pretend to know what it is but it is entertaining especially when he gets it wrong.

Yes, Snow Storm, I totally agree with you. I do think that because he sussed Michael last week his mind is still working overtime with his detective mind. As BB this year was called secrets and lies he probably thinks that they will play tricks on them the whole time with actors. I think that he will drive himself mad in there but at the moment he is the most entertaining in the house and I find him really amusing.

I can see why he is suspicious of Wolfey, she is a real strange one and I cannot stand the way that she constantly spits and if I had been him I would have nominated the two he did or Dexter and Jemima.

I also love Dan and Hazels relationship and its good that they have each other to confide in.

It actually wasn't an insult.

You're over analysing everything Dan does, because you think you're right and have to prove it to everyone else. That doesn't sound like what Dan is doing?

And like Dan, at the end of the day it doesn't matter, it's just a TV show about a house of numpties, he's not planning to conquer the world or anything.

It could just be that Dan has recognised that Wolfey is 'false'
Because of the general paranoia of 'secrets and lies' he is assuming she is another plant ( actor ) ... when, in reality, what he has sussed is, quite simply, that she is not genuine

Could that be it ?
