Anyone who can find a TNT show called The Hero, its recommended. Very solid interesting idea for a reality show, hosted by big ass action star, Dwayne The Rock Johnson. its got far more moral complexity than these shows usually do.

Ostensibly its about the notion of "testing" people for heroism. In actuality it appears to be far more about testing the definition of heroism itself.

In a nutshell they gather a group of people and fly them to the rather adventurous location, Panama. A pot of money is grown over a series of challenges, and at the end of the entire series the public votes on "who is the most heroic" and awards them the pot.

The twist is that the contestants are offered many opportunities to take one-off payouts as bribes. The public is seeing this and doing so likely affects any real chance they have at winning the publicly voted pot at the end. But the show really pokes at the conventional wisdom, because most of these bribes come at the cost of the producers sabotaging the main task as a penalty as a penalty. Also every possible bribe situation has some concealment, because the bribes are offered in secret and unless the contestant themselves reveals they took it, there's inherently some doubt about who did the taking. Also, there are various configurations (with voting) for picking which contestants move forward in the episode to do successive tasks, until just one person is left to do the FINAL task of the episode. The second twist? They do this task alone, just with The Rock watching, and can lie to the other contestants about winning or losing the task. If they lose, there is no money. If they win and tell the other contestants they did, the money is added to the central pot. If they win and LIE to the other contestants, they pocket that money instead of it going to the central pot, but of course it could make the other contestants suspicious, plus the home viewers could judge them for it and they'd have no chance at the final series ending pot.

Also the show (uncommonly for reality shows, especially American ones) doesn't pigeonhole the people taking money as "evil" or "bad" (although many of the other contestants do). They're allowed to speak in complete sentences in their interview bits, and very often their logic for taking short-term cash is allowed there to sound completely reasonable. Later on in the show they also change up the circumstances behind the bribes a little bit too (I won't spoil how) and also introduce some other elements.
