Hi thinking of getting a kitten off a friend, wondered what pet insurance is best? and does this cover the kitten being nuetured and micro chipped?

Thanks in advance.

Neutering, chipping and innoculations you have to pay for yourself. Best to check your local vets website as prices vary around the country, sometimes you can get a deal off local charities.
As for 'best' insurance - there are price comparison sites and there have been several threads in the past. I'm with Animal Friends fwiw. Some of my friends don't bother at all, instead they bung £40 a month into a savings account.

I love my cat, but I'd never let it behind the wheel.

I'm with direct line. Pay £12 a month in total for my two cats, and when my cat had an intestinal blockage aged 10 months, they settled a £750 claim with no issues.

You have to state when you take out the insurance if they are chipped/spayed/jabbed etc
