why when i log into My T-Mobile, does it say this on the main screen (after logging in) : "We can't access that account. Please try later or call us on 150 from your T-Mobile phone."

is it registered to me or not?

Have you registered to use My T-Mobile? If not, then register.

Otherwise, do what the msg tells you and ring them.

yep, i have registered for My T-Mobile

also, above that message is my full name and underneath my full name is the phone number, so basically its saying it cannot access the account which my phone number is "linked" to... i've registered my phone via the website and they say it's being processed, but still, that message appears

When i registered with My T-Mobile for my contract, it took roughly 48 hours before I could access the service.

I guess you'll just have to wait till your account is activated for online control management.
