Sugar was spot on she said more in ten minutes than she had done in 9 weeks.

Her contributions to tasks are still fairly limited.

A lot of people saying they would look forward to luisa in the interviews but I think Leah would also be a good view in them with her surly attitute

I like her. Quietly confident, quite clever, and looking more attractive by the episode

She could still make it happen.

She needs to develop more people skills, that's the one area that's really let her down so far. Her pitches and customer relations are generally pretty bad.

Maybe her lack of people skills is the reason why she is not working as a doctor? She puts me in mind of Lady Penelope on Thunderbirds, but at least she knew that she was a bobbly-head marionette.

Leah and Luisa are the best when left in The Apprentice. Francesca is looking weak to me.

How would you know if she's not working as a doctor? She's only very recently qualified.

On the dating website task there was a brief flash of a sample profile based around Dr Leah, which said she was an A&E Doctor if I remember correctly, which would mean outside of the competition she is working as a doctor. I'm not even going to begin on that comparison which seems at best, to me, both ill-informed and sexist.

im not the happiest of people but even i smile more than her. she comes across as a cold , moody cow with a right trout pout. she hasn't been the worst but shes not really shone either. last week i think when someone was speaking in the boardroom she actually rudely fake yawned when someone was talking. horrible , how she works with people in a caring profession like a doctor i will never know.

I think she showed she wants this a lot. She made 100% valid points. Everyone goes on about how great Myles is, but think....what actually has he done? Leah was right.

I really like Leah and thought she showed Lord Sugar she was right. Loved it when she said "You can't say" to Lord Sugar! Hah!

Also when she said "Oh PLEASE myles" (or something to that extent) i really like her.

I think its between Luisa, Leah and Neil for the win.

It surprised me that LS gave Alex a talk on sticking to one thing when Leah has trained and qualified as a doctor and is now trying to become LS's Apprentice. He didn't have a go at her for that.

It was very worrying as a Doctor she didn't mention the "Skull" on the packaging and what connotations that may bring. And yes I know she said she didn't like the idea, but as with a lot of candidates this series, she seems to be very negative but never actually says what would be better.

She often gets little credit for what she DOES do. It seems like people loved the taste of her team's food last night; and she was the one doing the cooking from what I could see. If the boys hadn't ballsed up the packaging so much, they'd have been a shoe in on taste.

She comes across as a vacuous airhead. All those qualifications but little else. Isn't she supposed to be a Doctor? A Doctor of what? Medicine? Science?

She is always rolling her eyes and puffing up her lips.

May as well just go away and be a model or whatever it is she's come on this show for.

I think she's actually ok - probably one of only a couple in this years 'intake' that has any intelligence and morals. Sadly, what Alan S seems to want is arrogance and loudness - hence the exit of Jason who everyone else liked and who said he wouldn't lower himself to levels of the others. Having worked in business for (too) many years, this aggressive nasty culture still exists but is way outdated; it is possible to be successful in business without the arrogance/aggression - but Alan S placed her in a position where she had to take on that mantle.

I don't know what Leah's business idea is, but if it's anything related to medicine or healthcare then there'd be nothing for Sugar to have a go at her for, surely?

I agree, although I think what Sugar is looking for gets exaggerated somewhat. There are certain entrepreneurial qualities he's looking for in a business partner - drive, confidence, a refusal to take no for an answer, a clear vision and business plan - which people like Luisa seem to have, only the persona we see has those qualities to excess. So drive becomes ruthlessness, confidence becomes arrogance, a refusal to take no for an answer becomes bullying and so on. That's not so good, but equally we do tend to see only one side of each candidate's personality - what the producers want us to see to build up their 'character'. In real life, I suspect many of the candidates we love to hate are merely just quite unpleasant.

Still, I couldn't see myself having a pint in the pub with many of them. Jason would certainly be one of them.

I agree with those who write they find her cold and somewhat surly or arrogant in her manner because she does seem to present or be edited that way. I find her to be level-headed and astute. She went up in my estimations this week whilst Myles touched the nadir, especially when he patronised Leah in the boardroom.

I think Leah is making the classic apprentice mistake of only talking in the boardroom when the discussion is directly relevant to her. She needs to be chiming in with opinions about all the aspects of the task left to the others, and expanding at length about her role. If she just says thanks when complimented on the food, and sits quietly while the others discuss the branding (and the equivalents for other weeks) then Lord Sugar will never have a reason to invest £250,000.

I agree with this, she doesn't seem to have any likeability, and never seems to have a positive word for anything.

She's probably hoping for some sort of modelling career or something, why else would a doctor have collagen lips, which she clearly has?

i'm somewhat reminded of Jenny Maguire who was a complete ice-queen on the show, but was quite lovely on "You're fired" and has carved out a career on Irish telly as a bubbly presenter.
I don't know if its editing but it is possible to seem very cold on Apprentice when in reality you're not.

What hasn't been mentioned is that everything she said was untrue

'Nobody has contributed more than me'

It simply isn't right.

She panicked in the boardroom last night which prompted the outburst.

The boardoom is where LAS can see how people can handle pressure.

Alex shouldn't have been fired, he has thrown himself headlong into every task every week. He is a bit immature, but the guys effort can not be questioned.

Leah by contrast has done very little other than bitch and moan. She's shown no business acumen at all.

Perhaps because she didn't say that? Have you considered applying for a position with the Daily Mail? You'd be perfect for them.

She did say something along those lines. Watch again.
