Perhaps because she didn't say that? Have you considered applying for a position with the Daily Mail? You'd be perfect for them.
That's quite rude

I know, I just don't think it's fair to single people out personally on these forums.

No its not, but I give as good as I get so its par for the course

The point is, Leah DID say something along the lines that she has contributed more than anyone else - and the opposite is true.

She deffo said something along the lines of she's been consistently the best and most reliable every week, or something very similar.

Whatever it was, it's not true, she's been annoying negative background music every week

To me Leah's rant came across as incredibly patronising - who the heck does she think she is?

i'm somewhat reminded of Jenny Maguire who was a complete ice-queen on the show, but was quite lovely on "You're fired" and has carved out a career on Irish telly as a bubbly presenter.
I don't know if its editing but it is possible to seem very cold on Apprentice when in reality you're not.
I can never reconcile her persona on The Apprentice (where she was cold and arrogant) with her witty laid back personality as a TV presenter.

I thought Dr. Leah was a strong candidate at first, but maybe that was becouse she was on the, frankly, dreadful, girls team?
She was poor in Dubai and the team building but was pretty good last night - Myles and Alex were more culpable than her anyway.
Not sure she's really got finalist potential - but a medical type business plan could be a real money spinner so who knows...

She did say something along those lines. Watch again.
I did watch it again. The only similar thing she said was that she had outperformed Myles on every task and, let's be honest, she has.

She also said that she is the most reliable, consistent person in this process (quote). It was in a trailer for the show, so I always knew she'd say that at some point.

And she hasn't really been inconsistent and, given her profession, I'd say she's pretty damn reliable. I'm not denying she was talking herself up more than perhaps she deserved to be, I simply object to someone making up a quote that makes her look worse and then using it against her.

And I object to you acting as if the 'quote' I provided was completely without basis.

I like her. Quietly confident, quite clever, and looking more attractive by the episode

She could still make it happen.
I agree she is certainly someone that is standing out now and has grown in confidence and appearance it seems each episode, she doesn't scream and shout but can get her point across very well when in the boardroom so shows she can stick up for herself.

Looks wise she is on par with Liz Locke

Sugar was spot on she said more in ten minutes than she had done in 9 weeks.

Her contributions to tasks are still fairly limited.

A lot of people saying they would look forward to luisa in the interviews but I think Leah would also be a good view in them with her surly attitute
IMO She contributes effectively without screeching and trying to trip her colleagues up along the way.

She is intelligent and capable with a serious but fair approach to the process.

It quite clear that's how she is, I can only think people who lack her intelligence and integrity fail to recognise the positive traits.

She needs to develop more people skills, that's the one area that's really let her down so far. Her pitches and customer relations are generally pretty bad.
That's not true, she has done quite well with customers.
She didn't do well last night because she was being undermined and interrupted by Myles, who is a big fake and indeed a proven failure.

"Along those lines" is not good enough. You said she said something specific, that's not true.

You have amended what she said to fit the opinion you have.

I think she showed she wants this a lot. She made 100% valid points. Everyone goes on about how great Myles is, but think....what actually has he done? Leah was right.

I really like Leah and thought she showed Lord Sugar she was right. Loved it when she said "You can't say" to Lord Sugar! Hah!

Also when she said "Oh PLEASE myles" (or something to that extent) i really like her.
Agree

I think its between Luisa, Leah and Neil for the win.
Jordan is my tip for the win. I loath Neil and Luisa and I have no respect for Myles.

It was very worrying as a Doctor she didn't mention the "Skull" on the packaging and what connotations that may bring. And yes I know she said she didn't like the idea, but as with a lot of candidates this series, she seems to be very negative but never actually says what would be better.
Patsy's answer below explains IMO

She often gets little credit for what she DOES do. It seems like people loved the taste of her team's food last night; and she was the one doing the cooking from what I could see. If the boys hadn't ballsed up the packaging so much, they'd have been a shoe in on taste.

Yeah I think you're probably right with the Jordan prediction, he seems to be a good allrounder.

I don't mind Neil to be honest, but hope Leah wins I do however predict the final 2 will be Jordan and Neil.

Flipping witch hunt around here.

I say along those lines is good enough. I say that from what she did say, you can glean that she thinks she has done more than anyone else, because she said something like that.

She spoke at 1000 words a second, so I couldn't remember it verbatim, but that IS the gist of what she said.

I agree, maybe it wasn't word for word what she said but no one's on trial here! She did say something similar to that because my family burst out laughing at the time.

I find these posts complaining about 'witch hunts' while indeed on witch hunts against certain candidates hilariously un-self-aware.

In the past I thought contestants got criticized for putting the others down instead of talking themselves up.
I didn't like her that much in the boardroom, it wouldn't have impressed me much.
