Nothing but blank screen here, their chat thing isn't working for me either.

flashback is that tiny grid looking icon at the bottom of the screen to the right of the time.
a calendar comes up and you pick a preface time, ie, :30.. then you pick a time like 12am, so 12:30am.
then you pick a cam, like 1.
as it plays there is a orange icon beside where that grid box was that says go live.

even when mine was black i had the icon, where the arrow is pointing in the picture, it doesn't show?

it might not be working now, however.. as i tried to use it to flashback and nothing's happening. when it worked before.
FINALLY I got it working, I was looking to cancel and came across this scrolling in yellow in the FAQ

where are you UK & what using VPN
i refreshed my screen and it stopped working and went back to a black screen, again i did the flashback thing.
i chose june 26, 12:02am and camera angle 1, let it play and there's a orange go live button and it worked again.

Yes i'm in the UK and i'm using https://www.privateinternetaccess.com but I refreshed and now its not working.

In the UK our pcs think it's the 27th so we can't do that. I changed my time zone to pacific (but didn't change the date) and now instead of a black screen I've got to CBS "loading" icon but nothing else. Think I'll go to bed and see if it's fixed by the time I get up ....

same thinking here thinking of going to bed and hopefully you or someone else in UK has firgured way to fix it

i'm on the east coast (3 hours ahead of pacific) and never change my time to pacific.
maybe try your own time, 5am-6am? or whatever time it was on your computer.
june 26 or 27 5:30am (or whatever time would be an hour ago) cam 1

Nope. The live feed screen and the chat thing are both inanimate. My vpn is working fine though, they are happy to show me episode 1.

Hmm - if the CBS Flashback player "looks at" my PC's time & date, and after 4pm Pacific PCs in the UK think it's the next day, preventing FB from working properly, CBS have no motivation to fix it as they don't sell feeds to the UK anyway. I suppose I could live with my PC being on Pacific time for 3 months but I'd rather not.
