With the new upgrade of BT Vision I hate the new search facility, there is only one option of putting in words like you do on a mobile phone with the remote but I find it very SLOWWWW and unresponsive and if you make a mistake on a letter and try and delete the whole line comes out! GRRRR

I completely agree. There are so many issues with the "new look" BT Vision+ firmware that impact customer experience. I so much of a retrograde step the "new look" BT Vision+ firmware, I was happy with the "classic" BT Vision+ firmware, at least it worked, didn't have many customer impacting bugs and basically did what it said on the packaging.
