Hello Lady Sugar, thank you for welcoming us. I am overall very proud of our final product and think it certainly met your goals as well as the desires of our team and our market research.

Good evening, Lady Sugar. I'm proud of what we came up with, and I hope it's good enough to win.

Hello Lady Sugar! I think I found this task a little harder than the last one and things may not have run as smoothly for our team as they did last week, but overall I'm happy with our finished product!

Excellent.

Let's start with Harmonia this time. How was Amy as a PM?

Amy, how did you find leading Harmonia? Any problems?

I was disappointed that Amy was voted in as PM as I wanted to do it, but having said that I was really happy with Amy's leadership. I think she did a sterling job, and really held the thing together. No criticisms at all (as yet anyway.)

Amy was a strong PM I feel. At times on the first night I did think there were perhaps problems with asserting her authority. At times it was a bit crazy and frantic in the chat, everybody throwing everything everywhere and there was no control behind it.

As a whole though, I'd rate her highly.

I thought Amy was a good PM. She listened to all our ideas and made good decisions.

Amy was a pretty good PM in my opinion, I think on the first night it took us a while to get into the swing of things and start putting together a solid idea for a board game but once we had established the basics, I think she really came through and was well organized and made sure that everyone was aware of what part of the task they were covering.

I'd agree with Carlisle in that it was a little difficult to assert my authority as PM at first, but after I was quite firm with my team, and said 'this is what I think, any objections?', things went much more smoothly. Apart from that, I think we worked really well as a team, and kind of redeemed ourselves from the last task.

I'd actually agree with this.

I think it was just beginners nerves, potentially. She soon had a firm hand though.

If you have any criticisms, ~now~ is the time to air them. It wasn't a difficult question to answer there.

Not to single you out, but the boardroom should be about honesty, not tactics.

I appreciate that, but currently I don't have any criticisms as I think Amy was really good. But obviously, I don't know the full story, and if we lose, I may learn things that change my opinion. But from what I know at the moment, Amy was very good.

So, generally good reviews for Amy as PM.

Who had the idea was the Heroes VS Villains concept? Were all of the team happy with this?

Your lack of knowledge regarding the full story would suggest you were frequently absent - is this the case?

And Helios, how was Katie as a PM?

Katie, any comments on managing Helios?

I think it was either Kevin or Jack. I was very happy with it as I believed children would love that them as well.

There was quite a lot of themes beign thrown around on the first night, particularly a Horror theme by Kevin.

I didn't like the idea of making a horror-themed boardgame for kids, so I really wanted to get away from that. He then suggested Heaven vs Hell; and I turned that into Heroes vs Villains as I think, especially with all of the relaunches of the Marvel & DC Comic world films coming out in recent years, it'd be a good area to go for!
