I have a problem that my iP5 has a divert on busy set that diverts my phone to my Skypein number that I can't find a way of disabling.
The background to this is that I was away abroad recently and normally when abroad I set call forwarding to my Skypein number (this has some nice benefits e.g. I can set a divert from Skype to my local SIM card number and this means that an end to end call from the UK only incurs local call charges). However, on this occasion I forgot to do the call forward before getting on the plane so called EE from Nairobi for them to enable the call forward (which as an aside I didn't realise was costing me £1.50 pm as previously with Orange 150 calls were free - and the call took 8 mins).
Ever since getting back, despite my phone settings showing no divert active, I have been getting missed calls to my Skype voicemail (as another aside has anyone ever tried picking up voicemail with the latest version of Skype - it's an unintuitive nightmare). Anyway, I called EE today who told me they weren't aware of any diverts but they gave me a way of cancelling all diverts as follows -

It didn't actually work, I got an error message. Does this make any sense to anyone
[Edit]
Just tried it again and it worked this time. Does anyone know if there is a list of such codes for EE ?
