My routine looks like this now. Sleep 23:15 - 02:30 and 03:15 - 07:00.

Surprisingly it's not as bad as first thought, but you can't afford to be outside too much.

I couldn't cope not being able to drink water in this weather, surely it should be allowed if someone is seriously dehydrated?

If you're in a life/death situation and you must have something to drink/eat, then yes.

Apparently, if you're suffering from a condition or illness you don't have to abide.my hubby is a non practising Muslim/ going on agnostic.
I'm ex Catholic - agnostic going on atheist - our children went to a Protestant school - so we've embraced most but practice none tbh.
