The new Brad is okay as a new character but nothing about him links him to the previous version yet. Even his sketch didn't look anything like the old version. Then again, the new Lauren doesn't remind me of the old one either.

I think apart from the brown hair, he is quite similar tot he old Brad. To me it seems like the actor spent some time watching old clips to understand what Brad was like before. I think he's a lot more like old Brad than the new Lauren is like old Lauren (if that makes any sense). He seems to walk, stand and talk very similar to the original Brad.

That sketch was a joke. I mean why did she draw him with short hair? Everyone who can remember Brad the first time knows he didn't have short hair. It's an insult to our intelligence!

He played a paramedic in Casualty didn't he? I like him. I like the whole family, I think they are interesting.

At the moment i am still seeing him as Scott Hunter and his wife as Sophie Simpson (Home and Away) but im sure that will change after they have been in it for a while

We don't know what went on between Brad leaving the show and returning. How is it an insult to our intelligence? He could quite easily have had it chopped off, Lauren drew him and then his hair grew again.

I didn't watch Neighbours when the 'old Brad' was in it, so it doesn't bother me. Found the recast Summer unsettling at first but soon got used to it.

wouldn't mind if they recast Mason with someone who can act!
