Really pleased the games with gold is continuing, makes me very pleased indeed I renewed my sub, just wish MS would allow HDD upgrades like Sony do, I have the largest available capacity 320GB console but even so with all my disc games and now the games with gold I'm constantly having to delete stuff to make room as new games arrive, often before I had chance to actually play it too
![]() Still good work Microsoft, keep it up. |

Don't know why people would restrict themselves personally, the companies don't care, so why be overly loyal, only that person loses out IMO.

I have always thought that way in the past but this generation I only bought one system and it has been the one of the best generations of gaming I have experienced. Once the buzz of exclusives on the system you don't own dies down there are very few you actually care you have missed.
They are good fun! |

It's nothing to do with being 'loyal' m8. It's the games that he likes and it so happens that the one's he does like the most are on the 360. He just likes games/gaming in general but don't we all.

I'm sure lots of gamers would like the best of both worlds when it comes to console gaming but it's all down to being able to afford to run both machines. Owning both next gen consoles is costing more with both now needing a subscription for on line play. As if gaming isn't expensive enough. The one thing PSN had over XBL was being able to game on line without needing a sub and now that's gone. Gamer's are being squeezed for as much as the companies can get from us. Do the benefits outweigh the cost ?.

If your getting free games (no matter how old) then I think it does justify a sub cost. Whereas before there was little return on your investment now you get something you can use and enjoy back.

Yeah I get that m8 but it's games that are so old, most long term 360 owners already own/owned them so for me isn't it worth it, unfortunately. for me, GFG is aimed at newer subscribers.

I suppose GFG and Psn+ both have their good points. GFG , we get to keep the games even without going gold again and Psn+ = better games but needs the sub. It's all down to preference

Try picking up an Xbox 360 at some point and playing the Gears of War trilogy (not judgement!).
They are good fun! The games I have felt I have missed out on on 360 are continuing the Fable and Halo series, Alan Wake and Kameo (Which I guess I was alone in liking the look of as the series got dumbed fast).Trouble is I have a list of 'to play' games that I will likely not be able to get through before making the move to a next generation console. |

I do like some of the ideas of dedicated servers that MS are talking about though. At the moment I am sitting on the fence with my legs dangling over into Sonys side watching what happens in the first 6-12 months before making a final decision. |

Unless Sony serious drop the ball or MS do something extremely good I will be sticking with Sony for next gen as I prefer their exclusives.

You can also use a USB flash drive, up to 32GB.
