Will they ever put this set of channels in a logical order

No wonder people slag off Freeview when it seems like it was cobbled together by a sixth form media studies class, actually they would have had some cohesion.

We need logic to the numbering and genres.

Who has the power and is there and news of any reshuffle any time soon?
