Has anyone noticed lately that you don't seem to get through to Virgin CS straight away anymore its always on hold now?
Could this be due to a high number of new customers over the christmas period and that VIrgin will now have more customers to deal with?
Am I right in saying that Virgin only have 1 customer service building for the whole of the UK?
