Before I resort to the horror of calling Three's appalling customer support, I wanted to run this by you lot first to see if there's anyone with similar issues or if it's a known issue.

First up - I do not have any issues sending texts. They send just fine. The problem I have is with, at both ends, receiving texts.

A heck of a lot of the time I'll send a text, and it'll go out fine, but the recipient will not receive it. Or they'll get it 12 hours later. Ditto if they send me a text or pic message, I either may not receive it at all, or it'll arrive 2 days later.

This has happened with more than one person and more than one network.

It's not helped by the inability of my iphone to exploit delivery reports on the 'green' SMS texts as opposed to the imessage texts which go through the Internet.

I should point out I only really get these issues on the green SMS texts.

Is this Three being hopeless? Is it a known issue?

I'm on Three, and although I mostly use iMessage on my iPhone I've never experienced such a problem when using SMS texting. Is it one particular recipient or a number of them. If just one, it could be an issue their end.

I've been with Three for years and years and I've not had one single problem like that.

Me and the misses are both on Three and we both recieve each others text straight away.
