Hi all I bought an ipad last week and does anyone kn ow if games can be downloaded from anywhere else other than ITunes have been told that Amazon does but not tried yet would really appreciate any advice as the games I have donloaded so far say that you can only play with internet access and when I go to my caravan I don't have also I can't seem to get any games that are the full version only candy crush as I love games like this and hidden object and puzzle games

You can only get iPad games from the apple App Store. Some games will require a constant Internet connection but most don't. You can't get games from amazon for the iPad. Amazon app store is only available for android tablets.

You will have to stick to the App Store unless you jail break your ipad.

When you say you're not getting "the full version" is that because you're downloading the freebie only a few levels versions rather than paying for the full game? Try using the App Store's search feature and you might find there's more than one version of each title.

There are plenty of games that don't require an internet connection. If you read the app descriptions, it should make that quite clear.
