When I go to one of the new channels I get the message

Anyone able to make any sense of that given I am on an ex-trial box which has since been BT'ified after I moved my broadband to BT Infinity?

No sign of any BT Sports channels on my Youview box yet - nor any of their other internet delivered channels.

Yesterday I tried changing to channel 57 on my ex-trial humax youview box and could watch the promo for about 8 seconds, then a message came on screen saying channel lineup updated and the channel now no longer exists.

You won't find them at 57 etc. You need to look down the EPG at 507 etc after doing a retune.

They're nowhere to be found on my Youview box - and that's after several retunes. They do show up on my Sony televisions though.

Maybe you need to be on BT Infinity to get them?

I am an Infinity customer and the channels do not show up on my BT YouView box. The Freeview versions are on my LG TV channel list but not on my YouView box.

The BT Sports channels have now appeared as Internet channels on my Youview box. The Connect TV ones still won't work though.

Not showing on my ex-trial humax box even with the latest beta firmware that has internet tv support. Wonder if I need to be on infinity instead of plusnet.

Not on my YouView box (TalkTalk), but they do show up on the TV's own tuner.

Those of you on BT Infinity without the Sport Channels via YouView - how do you have your box connected?

I'm wondering whether the homeplugs prevent multicast from working properly.

My YouView box is very close to my HH4 and is connected by a short ethernet cable. No sign of the channels yet

I got my channels just now. I had to do a manual software update via the menu's and then they appeared after the restart. No need to do a retune for channels etc

I didn't update or rescan. The channels just appeared off their own accord today. First time I tried to view BT Sports channel, a BT wizard screen came up, followed by a message that the service has been activated successfully. Then the SD and HD channels were viewable.

I can answer my own question now - my box has been upgraded naturally and a few days later it started to receive the 6 Internet Channels (BT Sport 1, 1HD, 2, 2HD, ESPN, Test)

I have the box connected via homeplugs (I have 4 in my network)

Testing using Speedtest.net seems to show that the service is stable under load and I only drop a max of 10Mbps on Internet download speeds while using multicast services.

Using the HomeHub 4 btw.

The channels look good and the sound quality is fine,

Do they play non stop for a continuous period of time?
