Will they though? England's recent friendly matches have pretty much all been on Wednesday's. I think due to there generally being a full set of fixtures on the weekend before as clubs don't have to release players well in advance. So clubs are still playing Premier League matches on Sunday afternoons which means friendly matches get played on Tuesday's. I know there is no getting away from this but i've always found it strange as one of the reasons we were told why ITV didn't bid for Wednesday Champions League games was because they didn't want to disrupt their normal schedule. Yet they are prepared to disrupt it for mickey mouse friendly games which frankly makes no sense and shows their decision making up for what it really is, ie total rubbish and again shows their contempt towards viewers by feeding us with a pack of lies.
