Good attitude to have. I cannot stand Luisa at all, but it is undeniable that she is at the upper end of the standards of this year's candidates.
Bit of fire, instincts, decisiveness, some good judgement... It's enough, considering the competition. Neil, for me, works within an organisation rather than heads one. |

She is horrific and vile if she wins it sends out all the wrong messages to people and she is a bully!
Her or Neil winning makes me sick and unfortunatly its looking very likely to be one of these two t***ts. Rather have Neil of the two. or the stella clone lol |

She might have done well in this week's task, but I find her insufferable.

I agree 100%....she epitomises everything that is wrong about too many people in business.

"Redemption" arcs are like catnip to producers & editors of reality shows, so (especially bearing in mind that they know who the top 2 are when they start assembling the final programmes), they will have leapt on Luisa as a key throughline for this series very early on... it's not impossible that she's the "parasite" Claude attacks, but all things being equal, there's no way she isn't in the final 2, though her final win will depend on her business plan.
For what it's worth I think she's utterly loathesome, but I think I ought to start psyching myself up for some bad news in 2 weeks' time... |

'''For what it's worth I think she's utterly loathesome, but I think I ought to start psyching myself up for some bad news in 2 weeks' time...''''
So what if she's loathsome and all the other things that are said about her. LS is trying to make money or should I say 'more' money. What does he care how its made and by whom. Many people have lost money on his share flotations and buy backs under their value, he hasnt cared a bit. Being the majority shareholder he can do what he wants and get his 'people' to choose his valuation. All the negative things written about her, like she took over being PM is what LS would consider attributes in business. Her arguments with colleagues 'hoisted' on her are again all positive things in business. She hasn't put a foot wrong. Although her hair style seen in her interview with Margaret is rather shocking, not like her at all. Must have had a reason for it. |

I think I agree with what's being said by many about Luisa - she's utterly abhorrent but apparently knows what she's doing, however detestable she might be.
Which is fair enough. Business is business. |

roger thats true but as a viewer it just leaves a very sour taste the fact she bullied Jason like that and is seemingly rewarded for it is not a message you want to project to millions on tv.

Actually, I think it is.
It's pretty much reality in business, at least at the sharp end. Always has been, always will be. Not sure if I see the point manufacturing some fairytale version of things tbh. |

There are a ton of ways producers utilize "redemption arcs".
They also often use them when someone is about to be eliminated, and want you to care about the elimination. Or to engineer a "shock" result if it wouldn't have been notable otherwise. Not necessarily any sign of winning whatsoever. |

Player of the Year should have absolutely zero to do with personality, in my opinion. If Suarez was the best player, then he was the best player.
Similar feelings on the Apprentice. I dislike Jordan massively, but Miles was weaker. |

I don't think Luisa will win, but she probably will get to the final 2.
Her edit I don't believe is a winning one - likeable some weeks, and horrible in many others. She's certainly competent, but I still feel that if she has won, then her edit would have been toned down more and she would have come across better. |

The trailer had Claude saying 'You're a parasite' and from what Jordan mentioned of his business plan, it is to market software created by his coder partner.
It doesn't strike me as being automatically bad in itself, but it does seem incompatible with the show format. Lord Sugar doesn't want a third partner in his enterprise. |

tbh, in the end of the day it's about the business plan, not how you perform in tasks.
I'm standing by luisa being eliminated, based on Rebecca's little remark on You're Fired |

I agree she has improved dramatically in the last two weeks and seems to have finally got the message that her behaviour was appalling.
However, it's too little too late for me. I just could not find it in myself to be happy for her if she wins. She has just been so obnoxious for the bulk of this season that I cannot stand her now and would be very happy if she was torn apart at the interviews next week. |

Supported her from the start.
The only reason people hate on her is because of the way she treated Jason which was down to his incompetence. As usual, the sensible one who has to correct the popular, likeable guys flaws becomes the villain. |

People hated on her WAY before she said anything to Jason.

Or perhaps, like me, they find her unpleasant and unprofessional and did so long before her behaviour with Jason? No 'hate' from me though - i've never met the woman.
She's no worse than Debra or even Yasmina in the female power-role. Both of whom were liked. She's shown consistently, with one or two blips, that she has a good head for business. And identified herself from the very start as one of the best. |

I don't think that Debra was ever liked by the public, even after they gave her those two more positive episodes at the end. She actually had a lot of the same scandals as Luisa - called a bully, "mucky pictures" with faux-lesbian stuff, accused of cheating on tasks, being selfish, and undermining her PM. All with a self-righteous PC streak added.
It's just mostly been forgotten now, because only one or two people ever (unless they really TRY to sell themselves as villains in the media, like Katie and Stuart do) really stick as hate-figures beyond the series they're on. The people who watch the show just to hate people just move on to a new obvious target when the next lot roll in. |

The team were right to get rid of Jason, he was clearly out of his depth and had they carried on would have failed to complete the task even more.

Why, though?

And identified herself from the very start as one of the best. Luisa is frustrating because, as you say, she does seem to have some good business sense and she can be very good when she chooses to be. But her undermining behaviour (and i'm thinking specifically of her treatment of Francesca in the ready meal task where she kep hammering home poor old Fran's ineptitude in the kitchen), her 'flexible' loyalties and her tendency to run rough-shod over people to get her way make her a nightmare prospect to work with in my opinion. |
