We still have no idea of Luisa, fran or Leah's business plans

Interestingly the guys ones were pulled to pieces this week but still no idea of the above three.

Luisa some kind of cookery or bakery school perhaps

Fran maybe some kind of dance school

Leah something surgical are my guesses.

Either way seems strange that the guys plans were mainly dismisses.

Perhaps he does want a female winner again

Leah - lip jobs or something beauty like.

I am curious about Leah's plan aswell. Hope they got something better than the guys.

I hope Francesca's is great, otherwise i have no idea how she's survived this long. She was fine tonight but I would have sacked her at least 3 times over the series. Leah has a tendency to negativity and sulkiness but seems intelligent and creative. Luisa has no patience, is a control freak, does a stupid little girl voice at times to ingratiate herself, but is a good leader, always has been hungry for her team to succeed and has a good eye for what sells and what doesn't. she's capable of changing strategy when needed and doesn't lose any interest or energy when decisions go against her.

Luisa vs Neil for the final.

Neil's plan wasn't really pulled to bits. 'It better be a bloody good strategy!' sarcastically said, was the extent of the criticism. Well, maybe it is. I thinj Jordan may well be ripped to shreds in the interviews but I think Neil is a fnalist.

I agree - I'd surprised if it isn't a Neil vs Luisa final. LS's criticism of Neil was very light compared to that dished out to Myles and Jordan and was almost like he was just going through the motions of having to fault each candidate in the final boardroom. Neil's plan seems clear and the business model is proven to work.

It is untried though - versus 2 or 3 ongoing proven businesses on offer from the girls. The idea of competing with the big online homefinders sites seems optimistic. And why would anyone want to go for a new company site versus the existing ones? Almost by definition, it can't start at the same level .

No way would LS go for such an idea. What experience has Neil got. Just because others can make 80 million does that mean he can. If it would be so easy everyone would be doing it. Till now LS has always gone for someone with some kind of experience in what he wants to do. The interviews are a waste of time for the boys. The girls will win and it has to be Louisa.

That's true - that there's some big established players in the online estate agency market. But do we actually know what the girls' plans are, or a people just guessing that they'll be related to the girls' backgrounds? I would have guessed Neil's would have been sports based but turned out it isn't - the same could be true of the girls, so equally untried.

I was comparing Neil's plan against Myles's and Jordan's and saying in was the best out of those three. Like I said in the post above, do we actually know what the the girls' business plans are?

Fran is going to run a strip club, Leah will do the cosmetic work on the strippers, and Luisa will dance for the punters. Profits will be split equally.

A guess is that Francesca's business plan will be something to do with her business, Refresca (sp?), which is like a dance academy I think. As for Leah, I'd be surprised if it wasn't anything to with cosmetic surgery given her background. Not sure on Luisa, though.

They picked the wrong team leader if they have Fran running it. She's been the second luckiest candidate after Myles, to survive this long.

Louisa did say at the end of todays task that they should all join together in business. Its not such a silly idea. I am quite sure they could get funding easily since they are well known by now.

Lol, agreed, she's been rubbish, but I actually suspect (based on nothing at all) that she has a good business plan. Either that or she's going to start spouting her buzzword bingo in the interviews and be chewed up by Margaret

Louisa isnt a good leader. She proved that the first time she was a PM. This task there was hardly any managing to do. The management entailed, Fran you go shopping, Leah you sell. When running low on stock, Fran you go shopping again.

If anything shes proven she has at least one skill, thats being a retailer. If that is what Sugar is after, then she is in with a chance. Otherwise she fired.

What about the task that she took over from Jason? She was criticised for persuading him to let her take over in the first place, but I didn't think she was too bad after she had actually taken his place. She was a lot more decisive than him.

As was said by Nick, she hounded Jason for the whole time they were at the graphics company. In the Your fired program afterwards, the chap from the design company - said she was the talk of the office for a week, and not for good reasons.

She was appalling in that task.

He also said she made the right calls and he could see her winning. She was the only one from both teams there who got a positive write up.

I think Franny must have an awesome business plan too. Otherwise I think she would be long gone by now.

Francesca has only been in the boardroom twice: when Tim and then Jason were fired, so she's not actually been at much risk.

Actually, she was also in there on task 6, when Rebecca was fired (Francesca was PM on that task)

And, she's been in the BR the most out of everyone left.
