Should be now this match goes into a fifth.

Djokovic v Del Potro's gone into a 5th set . Today's worked out perfectly for the bbc so far just like Wednesday. The Murray game wont now be starting until 6pm and it will running all the way to be 8-9pm, massive peaks in store and Coro St./EmFm will have some extra low ratings!

Fantastic match on Centre going into a final set now. Murray on no earlier than 6pm now at the absolute soonest. Going to be a late one tonight I think!

Yes I can see the news airing as normal now on BBC1.

That would excite Samuel etc as that would mean the prime time Wimbledon would be a separate programme rather than one that started at 1:45 with 2m watching.

EastEnders will probably be on at 9:30pm.

Whats Coro St's worst ever rating? 5.1million or something like that isnt it. Looking forward to seeing all the ratings tomorrow.

It's great news for the BBC certainly but I'm not 100% convinced the peaks will be that huge.

Huge shares definitely. But it's too glorious out there for me to believe the current tennis audience is that remarkable, or likely to be that remarkable even in an hour or two's time.

This same scenario but without these weather conditions would have been the dream scenario.

I can see this being one of the latest BBC1 Wimbledon finishes we've seen on a WEEKDAY unless anyone can remember any others.

Good that pretty much the entire schedule including Graham Norton is all filler tonight that can be dropped in a heartbeat.”

Big Brother is gonna get thrashed if that happens

“What reports I read the papers and have seen no such reports, hopefully it will be on Mondays like always, putting it against Downton would be unbelievably moronic.”

At the end of the day there are A HUGE number of returning dramas coming PLUS a lot of NEW dramas as well just this autumn. Its going to a be very hard fitting them into the schedule and the BBC is going to have to use the sunday night slot for something- there is no other way. Just think about all the shows coming this autumn???????

Regarding downton abbey- it really depends on how it manages this series. A lot of the old characters have gone and they seem to to have added 10-12 new characters to an already large cast. Hopefully they will manage to pull it off but a lot depends on the julian fellowes and the storylines otherwise I don't think this series is going to resemble downton abbey anymore. It may be TOO MUCH change for the viewers.

Everything will be hit, even Corrie. It's just one of those things and it'll be a night to forget for all other channels.

At least BB viewers will have the option of watching on +1 at 10pm.

Wow! This tennis is epic! If Murray's match is as good and he wins it should be a very good rating in the heart of primetime.

Why are people inside watching sport in this rarely glorious weather?

Looks like it will be News at Six on BBC2, Regional News on BBC1 as normal with the start of the Murray match on BBC2.

New Tricks is in the same boat too - by the end of the impending new series all but one of the original cast members will have departed. On the New Tricks thread, someone mentioned that BBC1 had played a 'coming soon' trailer at the end of the Monday's repeat, so it may actually be due to begin within the next few weeks rather than the rumoured September 1st. I think the BBC would be wise to allow the revamped cast establish itself out of the firing line of Downton.

Think they'd be mad to do that. Keep tennis on 1

No surprise really.

You knew by Will and Jessie's reaction the moment they gave a speech to the public after Matt went out and Will's reaction to Leah not winning that both wouldn't be back next year.

The Djokovic game couldn't have finished at a better time. BBC should show news on bbc1 now and then return to Wimbledon at 6.30/7pm, when the average rating could be very impressive!

And you will be wetting yourself at the potential prospect of Corrie recording an all time low rating won't you?

That was incredible. Both are just in a different class!

So...

13:45 - Wimbledon 2013
18:00 - BBC News at Six
18:20 - BBC Regional News
18:30 - Wimbledon 2013
22:00 (or later) - BBC News at Ten

Is now the likely schedule. I suspect they will delay the start of Murray's game by five or ten minutes so it starts at about 18:33, would make sense.

Either way, EastEnders is definitely going to be bumped to BBC Two here.

Couldn't eastenders be shown at 9pm on bbc1 on delay if it looks like its going to be a simple 2 hour 3 setter. Maybe if possible even show EE at 8.30pm on BBC1 vs. Coro St. Now that would be an interesting ratings battle!

He'll have already wet himself, now he'll be planning a takeaway for one to celebrate...

... in front of tonight's double episode with the curtains closed!
