The question was raised by the female interviewer if I recall correctly in relation to teenage girls all wanting to look like celebrities, so an age limit for the chain of botox clinics would have helped.
True that the morality they (the interviewer and later LS himself) questioned wasn't further specified, so it was hard to answer but if she was serious about the issue she could have asked them some questions about which part they were most concerned with and answer that.
She flew into a general defence, in fact saying nothing, Only when she was pressed to answer the question whether she would turn away business did she say that she would. What business she would turn away wasn't made clear.
Dodgy medicine wasn't defined either.
If you'd be satisfied with such an answer after you raised - what I took to be - a serious question, I'd say you are a lousy interviewer.Settling for a character reference from a doctor's vicar would make you a mere silly one.
