Strange.

The one I saw was blue.
ahh yes, found the blue one now.

The white and green ones are still 199, black one gone.

It arrived this morning. Have to charge it, but can't stop playing with it lol, pretty awesome for the price really.

Interesting & thinking about one of these myself.
Price looks good at around the £100 mark (ish)
It would seem that it can do most things like skype etc just like an I-pad but of course not as well.

Would be very interested if anyone could give a hands on review, ie will it handle skype ok, ease of use for a novice etc.

According to reviews it gives similar performance to the original Nexus 7.

Not sure why you'd suggest the it can do things, but not as well as an iPad. It's higher spec, faster processors, higher resolution screen and half the price.

Have a search of youtube for Asus Memo Pad HD 7, lots of videos.

How are you getting on with your Asus Memo Pad? I have just submitted a thread asking about classroom use for these, for the youngest pupils 5 year olds - letter formation and camera use. Would you recommend it for this use? Any pros/cons you can share? Many thanks
