You're so factually incorrect it's actually annoying. Three Project Manager's have been fired in a task that Luisa has lost. Weeks 1, 2 and 8. Jaz, Tim & Jason. Jaz was a self-destructing bomb waiting to happen. She actually stuck up for Jason in the boardroom and was pushing for Uzma to be fired so I don't see how either of those are her callously throwing tasks to get the PM fired.

The only time you have a point, and even then it's not necessarily correct, is on task 8 with Jason. Even then, all she was doing - albeit the completely wrong way- was try to speed up the process. When you have a busy schedule and important deadlines to meet you cannot afford to waste almost an hour on the colour scheme! It was Jason being absolutely ludicrous - and I was a Jason fan! I don't disregard that the way Luisa went about 'nagging' him was silly, though. Then when they went on to the next place Jason actually said that he wanted her to do it all! Jason was although a lovely guy, incompetent, that is why he was fired. He wouldn't be able to run a business whatsoever.

True but the point is she screamed and shouted at him rather than trying to make sensible, calm decisions. She should have taken control of the situation so they could move on rather than let Jason carry on floundering as he was - so I would argue the point stands. Other than that I would agree with you

The majority of my post was agreeing that the way she went about trying to get Jason to make the final decision was largely wrong, and I would say that was a personal flaw for her. BUT, what she was aiming for was the right idea. Jason needed to hurry it up.

Not everything can be explained nicely, but losing your temper is an emotional reaction that I think makes you less credible actually. You should still remain controlled and professional. Luisa's bragging about her biz turnover in last night's Final 5 episode set alarm bells ringing.

According to her company's last accounts, turnover is only £127,784 and nowhere near the £1m/£2m she claims.

Moreover, anyone with any biz sense would know that turnover means nothing, it's profitability that counts.

Tom G also boasted about turnover last year and of the 4 finalists, his biz idea is the only one that hasn't materialised.

Cash is important for the survival of a company, but it would take a lot of negligence and total disregard for cash flow for a profitable company to go bust.

It's also far easier to verify profit claims when we don't have access to detailed cash flow forecasts.
