1.Neil
2.Luisa

I feel these two are way ahead of the other three and unless they get ripped apart in the interviews I would expect them to be the two finalists. Neil nudges it for me as I feel he is the calmer character, and I suspect LS will view him as less stressful to work with

3.Francesca
4.Leah

Both have IMO put in reasonable performances over the series without being exceptional. Francesca slightly nudges for me as I feel she has shown a bit more business acumen across the tasks

5. Jordon

Poor performance under pressure in boardroom this week and I feel he may not be the kind of person LS is looking for. I sense the programme edit this week maybe preparing viewers for him having a fall next

My rankings

1. Neil (good salesman and enthusiastic)
2. Jordan (best record in terms of wins, good manager, lost points for boardroom meltdown)
3. Leah (good salesperson, managed school task well, backseat driver, can be whiny, bad business idea)
4. Fran (poor manager, overemotional, best business idea, not Luisa)
5. Luisa (untrustworthy, 'game' player, petulant, passive\aggresive & bad manager)

I've never felt as negatively about a candidate as I do about Luisa. If she wins (as she will) I'll never watch the show again.

1. Neil - Most consistent contestant throughout
2. Luisa - Won't win because of her bad attitude but is the best of the girls
3. Francesca - A dark horse, but hasn't shown enough to win the show
4. Leah - Quite consistent, but realisticly Lord Sugar will hate her buisness plan
5. Jordan - Lord Sugar's hated him ever since that "football holligan" celebration and his buisness plan sounds terrible

Luisa. Best business nouse on offer this series.

Neil on sales or getting on with more people, Abrupt, decisive, but wrongheaded too often. Leah on smarts. Abrupt, decisive and more often right.

Francesca - very competent in her own field probably, but too little seen

Jordan - self hype unmatched by achievement.

3. How far has the quality of candidate slipped that running a cup cake shop marks you out as the most successful and entrepreneurial one? I also suspect that mummy and daddy, or husbands money is behind most of her businesses. Regardless she seems able to cut through the BS better than most I'd possibly leave her minding a bring and buy stall without worrying too much that she'd find a way to bankrupt me.

4. Another supposed stand out candidate yet he strikes me as being merely capable rather than exceptional. I could see him running a small call centre or McDonalds where there is culture of management being aggressive towards staff to try and get results and staff retention is not a big thing - he doesn't seem warm or likeable in anyway, neither witty nor charming. Can't imagine him coping well with anyone with a brain (possibly why he took against Jason?). not an idiot which in this company may have been enough if he hadn't turned up with a rotten business idea. He may as wel have turned up planning to sell the wheel, the players in each online industry are now so well established it'll take hundreds of millions to displace them, not £250k. That's why established Internet companies pay billions to buy up other companies - to get their subscribers. Does he really think people willl leave Rightmove for his start up because he has a pretty website or something?

5. I'm sure there are loads of ad agencies and marketing companies around Hoxton where this bumptious cretin would thrive but not sure he will in SAS's company. I can't comment on him because I find him so contemptable that words fail me. However I understand that idiots like him do well so others (particularly people who work in marketing, ride fixe bikes, drink guava infused frappuchino and wear funky hats) are probably in a better position to judge. On second thoughts I can judge because his business idea is IT based. It seems overly complicated and the sort of thing that multi-billion £ companies would struggle to get off the ground, I'm not sure you can wrap IT up in flowery language and get people to buy dud crap the way you can ceramic vases.”

Great post
