Anyone updated yet? My galaxy s3 updated itself to 4.1.2 last night, just wondered if anyone knew what was new?

My phone suddenly had a nature video on it thst wasnt there before

I've just checked and my S3 is already on 4.1.2 and I don't think I have had a firmware update for a couple of months. From memory I don't think it includes anything significant.
