I spoke to india call centre this morning about the fact that call quality on my phone is fine when calling 333 but whenever i receive an incoming call the quality is crap. Anyway I asked if someone from 3 uk could call me and they said no...... "Sir we must remove your phone for fixing and during 3 days you will be returned". WTF ???! |

They are recruiting in Glasgow all the time actually, as the turnover rate is quite high, and they are expanding their registration and technical dept. I wish people would do their research before jumping on the bandwagon. |

Are you suggesting that joe_m made up the bit about the registrations department being moved to another country and him getting sacked was all his imagination?! Any company with such high staff turnover is not only bad for staff but bad for customers to. It says to me that there is something very wrong with the way the company is run. |

The Indian call centre for 3 is a nightmare. I had a billing error the other month and it's just going round in circles (still never got it sorted). I'll take a note of the Glasgow number, could come in useful.
Otherwise, if you have a problem the people at the 3 shops in Superdrug are generally very good. |

Calling 333 is useless. I've never had anyluck with them.
After yelling at them, I finally got to a superviser and was told that I didn't have any credit in my acount (I did) and that I owed £195 ( I didn't - am on 3pay) |

They do have a call centre in Liverpool, but its a PAYG Enquiries/Top Up Helpline. Someone has to be lying... |

Their Customer Service is the worst i have EVER heard!
My sister tried turning on her voicemail and she had to create a password for it, but it then said it was incorect and blocked. So she had to call CC and they said it should be done within 3 working days... This has happened atleast SIX times and she has now given up (she has had the phone for about 4 months now) And a few days ago her boyfriend who has the same phone bloked his sim, so he phones CC and they said he has to wait 21 hours to generate the PUK code!! Which is absolute balls, since with o2 you can do it instantely FREE on their website  i dunno! Three CC is absolute s***! |

Choose the contract cancellation menu option and you'll get put through to Glasgow. That shows how little respect they have for their customers.

I left 3 for that very reason. You also end up PAYING to speak to CS in India, and at 5p a minute I'd like to get it sorted ASAP not spend 20 mins trying to get them to underatsnd WTF I am saying.
The first few times I rang them up they insisted I hadnt registered. In the end I lost my temper and went back to T-mobile. |
