Hi, LAS, and thanks for inviting us in. I personally feel good about the parts of our packages I have seen and my pitch, so I hope it works well for us overall.

Good evening Lady Sugar!
It was definitely a challenging task, but I was really happy with how it all went in the end, and how my team performed

Hello Lady Sugar
![]() I feel good, I think that our team worked really well together and came up with three very professional packages and I think that we put a lot of work into the task

Let's begin with Helios this week. How did you all find Tyjet as a PM?

Hello LAS
I think the team I was apart of did really well in this task and performed overall to a high standard and the presentations we did as well were rather good as well I believe |

I would say Tyjet was a good Project Manager.

I thought that Tyjet did the best he could given the circumstances of having AWOL team members and a hard time contacting a few other people. Overall, there's not much in my opinion that he could have done better, per say, but I don't think he was exemplary.

Care to expand? That being said, I do think, similarly to George, he did overthink a LOT when it came to the figures and he not only managed to confuse himself but the entirety of the team. |

So-so feedback for Tyjet, then.
And Harmonia, how was Niall as a PM? |

Niall was quite a good PM. He knew what needed to be done, he took in everyones opinions about the areas we chose, assigned us to the pitch which we think we'd work best and overall was quite good PM

Niall was an excellent PM, in my opinion. He made sure that everyone's opinions were taken into consideration, divided the work up evenly, seemed to identify people's particular strengths when he was allocating the various parts of the task to every member and overall, he was there as often as possible. In short, he definitely had the task well under control and managed the team effectively and fostered a very positive working environment.

![]() Apologies for that George, there was obviously an oversight.
So, onto the task and the pitches. Helios chose Ecuador as their destination. Definitely an unexpected choice. What was the inspiration behind this idea? |
