Good evening candidates and welcome to the task three boardroom. This week you had a little bit of a change and we're about to see who has risen to the challenge.
Hi, LAS, and thanks for inviting us in. I personally feel good about the parts of our packages I have seen and my pitch, so I hope it works well for us overall.
I feel good, I think that our team worked really well together and came up with three very professional packages and I think that we put a lot of work into the task
I think the team I was apart of did really well in this task and performed overall to a high standard and the presentations we did as well were rather good as well I believe
I thought that Tyjet did the best he could given the circumstances of having AWOL team members and a hard time contacting a few other people. Overall, there's not much in my opinion that he could have done better, per say, but I don't think he was exemplary.
He performed well as a member of the team, and was assertive enough to be Project Manager. Particularly on the first day.
That being said, I do think, similarly to George, he did overthink a LOT when it came to the figures and he not only managed to confuse himself but the entirety of the team.
Niall was quite a good PM. He knew what needed to be done, he took in everyones opinions about the areas we chose, assigned us to the pitch which we think we'd work best and overall was quite good PM
Niall was an excellent PM, in my opinion. He made sure that everyone's opinions were taken into consideration, divided the work up evenly, seemed to identify people's particular strengths when he was allocating the various parts of the task to every member and overall, he was there as often as possible. In short, he definitely had the task well under control and managed the team effectively and fostered a very positive working environment.
I think Niall did a good job as PM. He structured the task well, and was organised. As I said in my task evaluation, the only real criticism I could give him was that he did take his eye off the ball on a couple of occasions - one of them being the failure to notice that we needed to change the pricing for one of the activities. I do think part of it though was due to us being undecided on when the packages would take place, so I don't blame him for getting confused in that instance.
I think Niall did a good job. He delegated the tasks well and to people's strengths, he was available a lot of the time for us to respond to and I felt he motivated us well. My only criticism of him was his lack of control in the middle of the task mostly during Wednesday when it took him AGES to finish and send links of each thing in our holiday package for all three of our pitches (I had to do the costings for it).
